Bring your own tents -- no limit on camping. Fire ring stocked with wood. Hot tub open year-round, pool open May-September. ADA compliant.

The kitchen can cook for 25+ with basic ingredients provided. Dining hall seats 30, or remove tables for a 500 sq ft dance hall. Heated pool (33 ft diameter), hot tub fits 7. Three decks, porch, balcony, and concrete patio with outdoor dining for up to 50. Propane grill with tools. Hiking trails through 25 private acres with benches and picnic areas. Fire ring for evening gatherings. Half-acre fenced area with pool and hot tub for child safety.

10-minute drive to IU campus and College Mall, 15 minutes from the stadium and downtown. Nashville 30 minutes east, Lake Monroe 30 minutes south.

Pool can be heated -- notify the day before arrival. Max 5 additional guests beyond those booked without owner permission. Cabin linens are stored in pest-free totes -- please leave used linens on the bed. ADA compliant: wheelchair access to front door, bathroom with tub, 2 bedrooms, kitchen table, and back patio. 10% discount for Sunday-Friday bookings (not applicable if booking includes Friday or Saturday night).
