Our two families of 10 came together and got to stay at this beautiful property. The house was very clean and Brian the Host is very accommodating with Hoosier Hospitality. It was a very hot weather week and the swimming pool and game room was just what the kids wanted. The location was very enjoyable with privacy and nice back yard setting.

This house is amazing! Cannot say enough about how perfect this place is for a family getaway. Lots of fun and thoughtful touches throughout. Having a private indoor pool is perfection! Add to that the hot tub, movie room and game room and it was a truly great getaway. The house lay out is unique and allowed our multiple families to have quiet space to ourselves as well as multiple spaces for group time. The game room is set apart from the bedrooms so the adults were able to stay up late and take advantage of the game tables, arcade game and karaoke setup without disturbing any sleeping kiddos. Brian was a great host and very responsive with any questions or needs.

My wife and I have been traveling and staying in Vrbo’s for the last nine years and this is by far the best one we have ever stayed at. It was clean as a whistle and very comfortable temperature in every room. Brian Smoot is an amazing host because even when I accidentally pocket dialed him, he called me back to make sure I had everything that I needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone to stay at and we will definitely be coming back. If there was a 10 star rating, I would’ve given him a 10 star across the board.

Brian’s house was amazing! Super clean and loaded with great things to do and use. Only wish we could have spent a little more time at the house. Stayed for graduation weekend with another family. Plenty of space for us all with easy UBER access into Bloomington. Close to walking and bike trail too. Great for families of all ages!!

Very comfortable house. We were a group of ladies in town for a family event. We didn’t use the game room, theater room or pool but enjoyed the hot tub & large couch in the LR. The 4th BR is upstairs, away from the rest of the house & the 5th BR is in the lower level thru the theater room. A couple of us doubled up in the other 3 BRs to be closer together. Overall, very nice. Looks like the large pool & game room would be fun. Maybe next time.

The host is very gracious and easy to contact if need be. The house is outstanding. Every year my brothers get together for a long weekend. This house is perfect. We did not need to go anywhere. Jump in the pool or hot tub then the sauna. Grill and make wonderful meals. Hangout in the 2 story game room. And everyone with a private bedroom and multiple bathrooms. Towels galore Everything you need is there. I’m from Bloomington, so I didn’t need to go out to the countless places this beautiful town has to offer. If you want to get out, this house may seem out of the way but it’s 10 minutes to IU We will be coming back Thank you, Brian!!

Better than pictures

Our stay at Brian's place was short but the property and all the amenities made it extra fun. We will definitely rent again, it is surrounded by beautiful trees and you can head all kind of birds. The pool being inside made it a lot better, property was so big and private.

This property is WOW! Gorgeous as you pull up to the house and then wows you more upon entering the house itself. The heated indoor pool was a hit, along with the hot tub.The dining room table was large enough for all of us. Kitchen was very well stocked with modern appliances. Plenty of bathrooms! Game room was awesome and a hit with everybody.

Family get away

Plenty of room for 9 of us. The indoor pool and game room were great. The game room being separated from the the bedrooms and other living space was good so the noise of karaoke did not disturb those watching tv. We were able to eat dinners together at the large table and play games. The hot tub and back porch area were very relaxing. We enjoyed the movie room the with protector screen was nice to wind down at night. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing family vacation home
