Great stay!

The home owner of this property was extremely nice and very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly. The location of this property was very convenient as it was very close to Disney and many other places like Old Town and stores and food trucks and Walmart, restaurants etc.. Very quiet area and felt very safe here. I most definitely would rent this property again. For a townhouse has a lot of space and I took my family of 7 :) They even allow pets which is nice as I brought my 2 small dogs. The pool here was nice too!

Excellent place to explore Orlando from

Everything was smooth and well planned out. The neighborhood was quiet and residential. The only issue I had was that the floors were in need of a little cleaning. Overall we had an excellent stay.

Family Vacation

The property was very nice. I will definitely rent this property again. Only issue we had was they were to supply the trash bags and they did not. We had to take the trash can to the compactor because they didn't have one there like they were supposed to.

Local Stay

Overall the unit met our expectations, I would recommend that there be more attention to detail. Although the unit appeared freshly painted, the furniture was worn, older style the dinning room table was scratched with the chairs not matching and the arm of one of the chairs was broken. The verticals in the master were missing several pieces, the toilet paper holder in the hall bath was broken. The biggest dissappointment was the bedding (appeared not to have been washed - the matteres covering had stains that did come clean with I washed it using a bit of bleach). We needed a rental as our house in Orlando was being renovated and it met our overall needs for the price. The owner did advise me to reach-out to the grounds keepers; however we had a pet and some personal belonging that I did not want to leave with someone working on the unit as I would have needed to leave with our pet. All the items in disreapear should have been noticed and addressed prior to us checking in. There were huge issues with parking as others would take any avaliable parking; so at times we had to park further from our unit.
