Disappointment and Scam

We could not get in contact with Dina ever. We did not have access. The address that we and a taxi found was a vacant apartment, as per neighbors. Phone # was not in service. We feel we were scammed. Stayed in a hotel and lost the joy and happiness of a long hoped for reunion.
