We loved our stay in this beautiful and spacious house. The host was so friendly and accommodating, and thought of everything. The house has everything you need, and the kitchen is quite well appointed.

This was a great house for our girls weekend . Plenty of room for everyone great location! Check in and check out process we’re a breeze Mary Ellen was an amazing host!
We had a wonderful stay! The property manager was friendly and available from booking through our stay! Very clean with all the amenities anyone would need. It really felt like a home away from home. We are coordinating our schedules to visit again! We love this property!
This property was in a very secluded area with lots of yard space. Front porch and back patio area was super nice. Walking distance to McGregor’s winery. We had a great stay with 8 of us enjoying friendship, wineries, games and good food.
This was our first family vacation, property was clean and as described. Location was perfect for getting to all hiking and wineries; very centrally located. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Louisa and her guests were a wonderful group and left the house very neat and tidy. I meant to give her a five star in overall experience but mistakenly pressed the four. I would absolutely welcome her back again
We had an amazing weekend staying there! There was plenty of room for all the girls and I and it was convenient to all the wineries! Thank you soo much!
This house is set up perfectly to enjoy some leisure family time. All age groups completely enjoyed their stay. The house is always clean and the host goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need. We will be back next year.
The house was the perfect size and in the best location for our wine tour weekend with 8 people. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. Mary Ellen was a fantastic host and made it very easy to communicate with her. We hope to plan another getaway sometime soon!
This house was so great for my friends and I for a long weekend. The location was great and the size of the house was so big for the 8 of us! Communication with the owners was so easy. Thank you!
Had an amazing stay at this property. Had 8 family members (no kids) which fit comfortably with beds to spare. Very remote location without being too far to Watkins Glenn and Penn Yan where we had the majority of our activities.
House was spotless, with more than enough cooking equipment, and the check in/out process was very easy.
Loved it and would recommend to others.
We all loved this property. The house was clean and very well maintained. The kitchen, dining room and living room area was beautiful and large. There was room for all of us to sit at the table together. The bedrooms were all comfortable. The property manager was easy to reach, responded quickly and very nice. I would recommend this property.
I cannot tell you how wonderful our stay here was! Us and our wedding party stayed here. It was perfect for the wonderful late night memories. Gathering for breakfast. All while feeling like we each had our own space. The bathtub upstairs is absolutely to die for! And Mary Ellen is an excellent and very responsive host. I never had to wait more than one minute before she responded. We hope to stay here again in the future. Maybe on an anniversary :-)
My family of 4 (adults) stayed here in August. The house is really neat - part original farmhouse, part newer addition. The house was clean and had a ton of space for the 4 of us. The house is secluded, but close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Communication with the owner was great - she was very fast to respond to all of my questions. The only downside was the corner shower in the downstairs bathroom - the shower head was too high. Other than that, the house is really nice and as described. I would recommend it!
Beautiful setting, receptive hosts and amazing house , but...
Overall the house was well maintained. I was surprised that one air conditioning unit did not work, the jacuzzi tub was not working because the faucet were dismantled, the water pressure varied significantly, an electrical circuit was out because the hall lights wouldn't stay lit, the screen door did not have a pressure hinge to close it and a lamp in the living room didn't work. Because we wanted to do cooking , I found the kitchen sparse on utensils: mixing bowls, serving bowls, griddle, crock pot, newer frying pans, large mixing spoons. The bed arrangement were not as shown on the listing.

Just a few things in response to this review......The wall air conditioner was replaced with a window unit. When the guests arrived i told them that one of the beds had been moved to a different location and that if they preferred, we could easily move it. She stated that if was fine where it was and didn't need it moved .
The electrical circuit is fine. There were two blown bulbs and extras in the laundry room. Same with the small lamp in the living room.
We did have an issue with the pressure tank and were there immediately to replace it, in fact working around their schedule when they had a medical issue in the family. The water pressure is what it is as this is a country home using well water. It will never have the pressure of a place that is on a public water source. I did heed the advice on kitchen supplies and purchased some other things although when taking stock today, I guess I wouldn't consider it sparse. The hinge on the screen door is purposely left off because with so many people using it , Its popping off quite often. It latches fine.
