This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom family home, located in sunny Papamoa East, down in Golden Sands

It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach, cafe and 4 square. And many other new shops including the local cinema. Aswell as PapaMo’s the local pub.

A short drive down to Papamoa Domain, where there is a patrolled surf beach. With great swimming and surfing.

Mount main beach is about a 25 minute drive away and Tauranga CBD is about 25min drive away also.
