The 302 has everything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation home in our 1300 square foot, two bedroom, two bath unit and fold out couch in the living room. It's not just about the sunsets that can be viewed from the living room, master bedroom, and two balconies; well, maybe it is. Yet, The 302 is more than that. It's the ease of cooking with all the amenities of a modern, well equipped kitchen. It's the convenience of having a washer and dryer inside the unit. It's our pool, hot tub, and wonderful fishing on our pier with night time lighting. Book early, so you don't miss out on the fun! We book up to one year in advance. SPI tax permit number 2023-0005.

Our family has been traveling to South Padre Island for over 30 years. When I retired, my husband and I decided to make it our permanent winter home.

We chose this property because of the waterfront views of the Laguna Madre Bay just feet away; the night fishing dock and pier; and the spacious 1300 square foot size of the condo.
