Provencal villa with private pool and spacious grounds near St Tropez

Villa Frida is a four bedroom villa, in a quiet domaine overlooking woodlands. The villa is ideally situated for enjoying this beautiful corner of the Var as it is close to St Tropez, Pampelonne, La Croix Valmer, Grimaud, Gassin, Port Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Cogolin, (all 10 - 15 mins). The house sleeps 8 in 4 double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. It is ideal for families or friends with private pool, (11m x 5m), sundeck and pergola and informal garden. There is enclosed parking for several cars. It is 5 minutes drive or a 10 minute walk to a large boulangerie/café for your morning croissant. Guests can choose from a wide choice of beaches to suit families most of which are 10-15 minutes from the house.

You arrive at the property via wrought iron entry gates opening to an enclosed private gravel parking area with space for several cars. The front door leads to an open plan kitchen/dining area with large sliding doors to the covered dining terrace. The kitchen is equipped with dining table, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge freezer and nespresso coffee machine.

At the other end of this space is the sitting area. This is comfortable and welcoming, with 2 sofas, armchairs, tv, and blue tooth speaker and good WiFi. There are 2 sets of French windows, one overlooking the pool area and the other the dining terrace.

The bedrooms lead off from either side of the living space. They are on the cosy side but are equipped with air conditioning and have everything you need for a comfy stay. Each has its own character and the layout works very well as two are situated on one side and two on the other side of the living area. We recommend that although the house sleeps 8 people in the 4 bedrooms, it works best for a maximum of 6 adults or 8 people for families with children/teenagers as 2 of the bedrooms share a house bathroom. There is also a cot for a baby or very young child.

There is a separate utility area with sink, washing machine, dryer and drinks fridge. The house also has a 2nd wc for guests.

Outside there is a covered dining terrace with seating for 8, electric plancha for outdoor cooking and a relaxing outdoor sofa. The pool area has a sun deck with attractive pergola, sun beds and generous informal grounds. There is private gated gravel parking for up to 4 cars.
