A beautifully appointed apartment situated in Novarmar which is ‘down the hill’ in Gran Alacant. Novamar is by the El Clot valley nature reserve/bird sanctuary and nestles between the bustling seaside town of Arenales del sol and Santa Pola. The golden sands of the blue flag Carabassi beach are within an easy walk (10 minutes). The apartment is only a 15-minute car ride from Alicante airport and offers excellent on road parking plus secure underground parking if required. The apartment is in a secure, gated complex.

The two-bedroom, two bathroom Apartment has a superb view of the pool. The kitchen is well appointed with; induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine, fridge freezer etc. A large private roof terrace (solarium) with views of the mountains is ideal for the sun seekers or for dinning and relaxing in the evening. The apartment is ideally suited for the family holiday.

The apartment is equipped with all modern conveniences, full air conditioning, ceiling fans, high speed Internet access, HD Satellite TV, Netflix, HiFi System etc. Novamar has many restaurants and bars within a 4 minute walk of the accommodation plus there are many restaurants and bars in the Gran Alacant commercial centre. The area is well served by many small and large supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadonna, Consum, Dial Prix etc).

The location is ideal for exploring the traditional fishing port of Santa Pola which has a garden market lifestyle, marina, salt flats and flamingos. Alicante has a beautiful bustling yacht marina with seafood restaurants and excellent shopping a sort drive away. The area is served with good transport, a local bus service, bus service to Santa Pola, Alicante and the airport plus a tourist ‘Road Train’ and taxi services which serves the Gran Alacant area.

Great place to stay

Lovely apartment in a safe gated area, with view and access of a lovely pool. Within 5 minute walking distance to small supermarkets and restaurants. We liked The Flavour and The Mexican restaurant and the small Irish bar to drink in. Beach within a 15 minute walk is fabulous with beach bars and a beautiful sea to swim in. We stayed in this property for one week in April 2025. The property was spotlessly clean and well stocked. The roif terrace is sheltered large and with lovely views! Steve the host was brilliant to deal with and very helpful. We will rent this property again and highly recomnend it!!

Wonderful apartment, tremendous owner, brilliant communication, superb location. Cannot recommend highly enough, great pool, easy walk to the beach and many restaurants, bars and mini marts. Just had 2 weeks in Steve’s apartment. Great little place , very well equipped for self catering with some bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk . Beautiful beach nearby with nice beach bars . Ideal property with all home comforts

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It had everything to make our stay very comfortable in a secure gated community. We had a car for duration and found this useful to explore the area however there are some bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as local transport options close by. Carabassi beach is only a five minute walk and is a great location to relax. Property was ideal and had everything we wished for. Also all instructions and directions provided previously Be Steve were excellent. Only negative was outwith their control and was noise coming from nearby building works which was noisy during day hours. When completed all will be perfect!!

Just visited, shame about the noise, looks like you were unlucky as the piling work seems to have been completed, looks like they are building a new road high up on the hill behind the apartment complex about half a mile away .... new dwellings on the hill I think.

Perfect Holiday

We've stayed at this apartment a couple of times before and is a perfect location for a quick holiday. We've always found the owner to be very helpful with advice on the area, how to get about etc and organising a taxi from the airport, he also supplies excellent information on the apartment, restaurant, buses etc. The apartment is well laid out, clean, tidy, bright and well equipped. The downstairs balcony is a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. The roof garden is private and catches the sun quite well (although it was March), I should think in the summer it's a real sun trap. The location was ideal for us with restaurants and the beach close by where we had some wonderful walks along it. Los Arenales is a short walk away, Santa Pola and Alicante can be reach easily by bus. All in all an excellent holiday and we will be going again.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement tout confort! Résidence calme, proche de la mer et des commerces. Magnifique séjour

Très agréable séjour dans cette location où il ne manque rien pour notre confort ( y compris serviettes de plage, sièges pour la plage, sachets course, glacière…). Très propre, très bien équipée, calme. Merci à Steve qui veille à notre bien-être ! La piscine est très agréable. La plage est à 15 mn à pieds. Petite épicerie à 5 mn à pieds pour avoir du bon pain chaud au petit déjeuner. Quelques restaurants à 5 mn à pieds. Voiture recommandée pour vous déplacer. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!

Tout était parfait!!!

L'appartement est très bien placé. La piscine qui est vraiment à proximité a fait la joie des enfants. La résidence est calme et les autres résidents étaient sympathiques. Appartement très propre et très très bien équipé. La terrasse sur le toit est géniale. Ma femme et moi y avons passé des soirées relaxante en dégustant une bonne Sangria bien fraîche. L'hôte, Steve, était toujours joignable et il ne manquait pas de prendre de nos nouvelles pour savoir si tout se passait bien. On recommande fortement cette location et nous manquerons pas d'y revenir avec plaisir.

Très bel appartement bien équipé dans résidence familiale et calme.

Très bon séjour. Steve le propriétaire répond à toutes vos questions. Appartement très bien équipé. Climatisation dans les 2 chambres et le salon. Cuisine très bien équipée. Beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine, d’assiettes et verres …et c’est appréciable. Grand frigo et partie congélateur. Le solarium vraiment très grand et très sympa pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Et en plus terrasse couverte au niveau de la porte d’entrée pour le repas du midi. Piscine de la résidence assez grande pour nager et jouer et partie jaccuzi en plus. ( et pataugeoire pour les plus petits ) Dans le logement le propriétaire a pensé à tout. Même les sacs pour les courses. Radio , TV pour ceux que ça intéresse. Bel hébergement dans résidence au calme. ( plutôt familial ). La plage de sable et pavillon bleu accessible à pied a environ 15 minutes. Et les courses en voiture assez proche. Tout pour passer un agréable séjour. On serait bien restés mais toute bonne chose a une fin.

Apartment was in a great location just a few minutes walk from some bars and restaurants. Steve the owner has thought of everything including all the little things like hand soap toilet tissue salt pepper etc. It's was also spotlessly clean. Schöne Dachterrasse

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die alles bietet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Steve hat sich mit den ausführlichen Hinweise und Beschreibungen , die man vor der Anreise erhält, sehr viel Mühe gegeben. So konnten wir uns wirklich schnell zurechtfinden. Die Lage der Wohnung in Gran Alacant ist auch recht gut. Von der Dachterrasse (Solarium) kann man auch das Meer sehen. Sowohl der Strand als auch verschiedene Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

A very good an pleasent stay in Stevens lovely apartment in Gran Alacant

Well located in quiet area. Part of well maintained complex. The apartment is clean and nicely furbished. Well-functioning kitchen with diswasher and washing maschine. All we needed to set the perfect frame for a brilliant vacation. And thanks to Steven for good information both before, under and after our stay. The local handling agent does not speak english at all - that was the only problem we had.

3 Weeks in Gran Alacanti (Novurmar)

A nice appartment in a good location only a short walk to the local bars and restraunts which served a good variety of food and draught beer including Guinness plenty of entertainment and also sports bars where we could watch the England Rugby Team reach the world cup(free bacon or sausage bab included). The walk to the beach was about 20 minutes and the only problems were the dog owners letting there dogs foul the footpaths and not bothering to remove it,not nice for people with young children.Also the beach is really nice but the toilet facilities are a joke and should be condemned under health and safety rules.We would certainly think of this apartment when we book our next holliday to Gran Alacanti as it is in a nice quite complex and it has all you need to make your holiday enjoyable.Because our holiday was 3 weeks we found the filter drinking water very handy also the use of the washing machine and we thought all the beds in the apartment were very comfortable .
