Laundry room with washing machine, electric dryer, ironing board + steam iron, standing dryer and large additional fridge. Upstairs 1 large independent bedroom accessible by external staircase with bathroom, large closets, 20 m² terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. All rooms are air conditioned

Very nice Villa

Very nice Villa. It has everything you can think of, from cutlery, crockery to games . Good sized private pool and good access to a few local bars, restaurants and a well stocked supermarket.

Beautiful private villa

Daniel’s villa is absolutely stunning. Well equipped, clean, spacious, beautiful. The pool and sun lounger area are perfect. We had a fabulous week. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to dine out but there are also lots of supermarkets in walking distance if you want to cook at home and eat in the gorgeous outdoor dining area. 100% recommend this place.

Second visit to this villa and won’t be the last Absolutely perfect, home from home, all the luxuries you could want beautiful inside and out Location ideal, literally 1 miunute to supermarket and number of bars and restaurants but close the gate and you are in heaven Near to commercial centre and bus stops just couple of minutes walk no car required We will be back

Wonderful villa

This villa is outstanding with beautiful gardens,pool and sitting areas.Internally is finished to a high standard and kitchen is fully equipped.Villa is in an excellant location for pub restaurants and supermarkets and also great for local transport.The hosts were very helpful.This is a place i will return to next year. 5 stars all round for this property and i thank the hosts for a wonderful stay.We had a great family holiday .

Phantastic Pool

We stayed with 2 families for 6 weeks and it was one of the nicest homes we ever rented in Spain. The pool and the garden are really nice! The house is sizewise sufficient when you stay in the warmer time of the year because then everybody is outside the whole day. A big plus was that one of the bedrooms together with its bathroom was one level higher and separately accessible. Thus our families had some privacy. We would have loved to stay longer!

So much better than expected Given it is directly opposite a supermarket, community pool and bar and a cluster of bars/ restaurants we found it the perfect location Villa is surrounded by beautiful green gardens and distance to all above was a bonus Very quiet, relaxing comfortable and spotlessly clean We didn’t want for anything . Enjoyed it so much we booked for next year before we came home Contact with Daniel and Sergio was very straightforward Just a lovely relaxing holiday in a gorgeous villa

Beautiful villa for a group holiday

Absolutely gorgeous villa, exactly as it was described and shown in the photos. 5 of us stayed for 7 nights from 10th September. We have no complaints, any queries were responded to immediately by Dany and Sergio. Well stocked shop plus a few bars/restaurants literally across the road, with more a 10 min walk away beside the bus stop for Alicante. Maybe a local taxi number and note of buses, routes and times in villa would be helpful (or maybe we just missed it!) but we really loved our stay and would highly recommend or return.

This villa is in an excellent location very close to bars and restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. The villa was very well equipped with everything that you would need for a great holiday. The pool and villa was fantastic and very clean and well maintained. The communication between the owner Daniel was very good. My only criticism would be that the communication with the manager was not very good as we do not speak Spanish and he struggled to understand us. There was an issue with the television on arrival which did not get resolved due to the communication issues, however I would not hesitate to stay in this beautiful villa again and I would highly recommend it.

Great Place in Gran Alicante

Stayed for 7 nights in May, with friends I've had since school (so old friends!) and we found the villa a joy. Clean, spacious, fab gardens and all the amenities we could want. Plenty of in-house entertainment, good kitchen, and great pool, plus plenty of sunbeds, seating and dining areas etc. The two adult bikes were a bonus - made use of them more than once to explore the local area. There are bars and a decent supermarket literally across the road, with other such facilities a short walk (or bus ride) away. The bus service is excellent by-the-way, as were the taxis on the rare occasions we used them. Back with the villa, we found the guides and instructions easy-to-follow, and it felt very secure behind a big locked gate. The villa is surrounded by high walls / tress, so feels nice and private. Oh, and one of the en-suite bedrooms is separate from the others - accessed from outside stairs - so gave that option of a little more privacy when required. An excellent stay :)

Séjour exceptionnel

Au vue des commentaires nous savions que nous allions passer un bon séjour chez Dany et Martine et cela a été au delà de nos espérance, villa au top ou tout à été réalisé avec soucis du détail et du bien être. Nous pourrions passes des heures à énumérer tout ce que nous avons appréciés, accueil équipements, les différentes terrasses, la piscine, l'agencement de la maison,la situation... Mais une chose est sûre c'est que notre prochain séjour à granalcant, sûrement l'été prochain se sera si Dany et Martine le veulent bien dans leur splendide villa.

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Aussenbereich

Die Villa hat einen hohen Ausbaustandard. Sehr schöne, grosse Küche und toll eingerichteter Wohnbereich. Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind mit Moskitonetzen ausgestattet und in sämtlichen Räumen gibt es angenehme Klimaanlagen mit Ventilatoren. Ein Highlight ist der Aussenbereich mit grossem Pool und toll angelegtem Garten. Sogar ein Kräuterbeet ist vorhanden! Die beiden Aussensitzbereiche, der Eine gedeckt, der Andere mit Sonnenstoren laden zum Verweilen ein. Leider ist der Villa ein öffentliches Schwimmbad und eine Bar vorgelagert, was besonders an einigen Abenden und an den Wochenenden für uns sehr störend war, da die Musik sehr aufgedreht wurde. Für ein jüngeres Publikum sollte dies jedoch kein Problem darstellen. In der Umgebung gibt es diverse Zentren, wo man einkaufen und essen kann. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Villa sehr genossen.

Vacances au top

Nous avons passé d excellente vacances, la maison est très agréable et magnifique...Conforme aux photos Les espaces de vie sont bien desservis et le jardin ainsi que la piscine au top. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé. Pour faire ses courses il suffit simplement de traverser la route. Un grand centre commercial animé et les restaurants sont à deux pas. La plage de Gran allacant est authentique tout en restant très accessible et familial. Santa pola est à 5 min en voiture et allicant à 20 min. Bref nos vacances resteront un excellent souvenirs Merci à Sergio et sa collaboratrice ainsi qu aux propriétaire, soucieux du bien être de leurs hôtes. Je recommande sans soucis :))

Outstanding Location

The villa is ideally located so close to the airport and just across the road from multiple restaurants and bars (just behind the supermarket). We were so close to the store that we wheeled the shopping trolley to our gate! Taxi service is good. The villa itself is modern and well equipped. All outside areas are so well finished, you can walk anywhere in your bare feet, if you wish. A little more information would help in particular with the TV and location of tourist train bus stop (which is very close). Also, the loungers would benefit from cushions. All in all, a beautiful villa in an exceptionally good location.

Villa très bien équipée.

Location sérieuse . Equipements intérieur et extérieur irréprochables. Climatisation efficace dans les chambres. Piscine spacieuse . Villa de propriètaires qui mettent un point d'honneur à entretenir et embellir leur propriété . Nous sommes habitués à louer une villa depuis plus 30 ans en Espagne , chaque année jamais au meme endroit . Nous garderons pour longtemps un bon souvenir de cette villa.

Séjour dans une villa magnifique

Je ne sais pas par quoi commencer, nous sommes arrivés dans une immense villa avec une grande piscine pour accueillir 4 personnes(voire plus bien sûr). Propre,chacun sa chambre et salle de bain,cuisine plus qu équipée ! Un vrai petit paradis pour la farniente,on peut faire ses courses à pied,tout est à proximité. Alicante : 15min,la plage encore moins,Aéroport à 10min,malgré une urbanisation assez impressionnante autour de nous,tout est calme,pas de vis à vis. Excellent sejour. Merci Daniel ,car propriétaire à l écoute et communication parfaite . Si un jour nous retournons en Espagne nous gardons votre adresse précieusement. Mille merci

Flott hus

God kommunikasjon med eier. Rask til å svare på mail. En flott bolig med et stort uteområde og basseng. Alt av utstyr inne i huset. Eneste som drar ned er at tv-en ikke fungerte. Manglet en ip-boks som aldri ble erstattet under vårt opphold. Kort vei til matvarebutikker og spisesteder. Et hus vi gjerne leier igjen.
