Only 5 mins easy drive to nearest beach at Los Alcazares with its golden sands. The beach is in the Mar Menor or 'little sea' which means it has almost no waves and is much warmer than the med. It is relatively shallow till quite far out so makes it very suitable for children. The seafront offers cafes/restaurants serving good food. The mile long prom is excellent for walking with pushchairs and for the less mobile.

About Lorna Kujawa
Hi we are a family of 4 that have bought our dream home in the sun. We loved the area so much we have bought a second property for you to enjoy.
Lorna Kujawa purchased this villa in 2006
Why Lorna Kujawa chose Torre-Pacheco
We love the privacy that the villa has at the same time as the security it offers. Being so close to facilities is fantastic, but without the noise of a typical tourist town. The pool and garden are a great size and supply lots of sun and fun. It is located on a golf course and within 20 minutes drive of countless others plus lots of places to visit nearby. Murcia city and Cartagena city are both a very convenient, short motorway drive away (less than 20 mins) and offer lots of culture, shopping and fantastic architecture. The beaches are second to none and are very child friendly and suitable for loads of watersports. They are impeccably clean and a joy to visit. The area still retains a true Spanish character but at the same time you can get a MacDonalds (not for me!) if you want.
What makes this villa unique
Full air-con, including bedrooms. Too many nights spent trying to get kids to sleep in hot places without it made it a must have. Make sure if you are booking elsewhere that you check they have it and not just in living room. Best location on the resort, everyone comments on it! Great TV and loads of DVDs and board games and books. Lots of little extras for kids. I do all the cooking and hardly eat out when we are away so I've made sure the kitchen has everything needed just like I was at home.
