There is much to see and do in this part of France. Within 15 minutes drive is the beautiful Flavigny-sur-Ouzerain, the Roman ruins at Alesia and its new visitor centre. The Château of Bussy Rabutin, the source of the Seine river, great for picnics, and Venarey les Laumes for your everyday needs are all close by. Further a field is historic Dijon, Beaune and Nigloland (theme park). Nearly everyday of the week there are local markets, and no visit to Burgundy would be complete without a wine tasting. A perfect base for exploring the region.
The owners offer a shopping service to make your arrival pain free, and home cooked meals are available made to order by the owner. Ask about available choices. Also bespoke menus can be created by prior arrangement for you and your family. Bespoke children's meals can be provided by the owners by prior arrangement. A toddler paddling pool is available for hot days for the terrace area. Please ask if you need other specialized equipment provided.
