Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Everyone occupying the rental must be at least 21 years of age or older. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be permitted. Identification of Each Guest must be presented at check-in. Any guest who is not 21 or older will not be permitted to occupy the home and will not be eligible for a refund. This rule does not apply to family groups or otherwise approved by an SPI Rentals employee.

Vacation meals are convenient to prepare in a roomy, fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living area. An oversized master bedroom hosts a king sized bed. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and a sofa sleeper adds extra sleeping accommodations in the living room.
