About this property

Come and relax in this stylish 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo. Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a queen size beds accommodating 2people. There is also two twin Murphy beds in the living room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV plus a private balcony on the 5th floor giving you the view of the Laguna Madre Bay while facing the north side of the island. During the summer months you will have front row view to weekend fireworks display. Bathrooms are updated with beautiful tile and quartz vanities. Master bathroom has a walk-in glass shower. Second bathroom has a tub and shower combo. As you make your way up to the 6th floor you will find a full size kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets with granite counter tops. A fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig and regular coffee makers, blender, and toaster, plenty of dishware, glassware, bake-ware, and cutlery. Dining area includes a dining table for 6 with 2 additional bar stools around kitchen island. A half bathroom, laundry/ pantry room with full size washer/dryer. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa, a love-seat, recliner, and a 55” flat screen T. V. Step on to the balcony and enjoy the view to the Gulf of Mexico while soaking up the sun with plenty of balcony seating available.

There is a 3 night minimum stay required in this condo.

We are a pet free condo for the benefit of people with allergies.

Outdoor gas grills are provided on the first floor of the building. Tennis courts, ping pong tables, racket ball courts, and exercise room are available.

ALL MARCH, SEMANA SANTA ,EASTER and the 4th of July rentals which have any occupants under the age of 25 MUST have in residence a parent or custodial guardian for the entire rental period. Also the renter should be 25 years or older. There is a 4 day minimum during the 4th of July

Beautiful and great location

We come to South Padre a few times a year and I get random AirBb/Vrbo. This is the first property that I will book again. The owner was very communicative. This condo was spacious, updated, clean and fully equipped. The view was beautiful and way better than the pics show. Thanks again.

Fantastic!

We loved this condo! Very clean, everything was as expected. Our teens even liked the pull down murphy beds. Washer/dryer worked great, great coffee maker. Views from each side was good. Very easy check in/out and good communication with host, although none was really needed. I highly recommend!
