STUNNING DETACHED VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL, FREE WIFI, SMART TV AND AIR CON

BOOKING NOW FOR 2026 SEASON

The villa is superb and very popular with guests year after year, so early booking is essential. With its own private pool and gardens the villa is very secure. The ground floor consists of kitchen and lounge, both with patio doors onto the terraces, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, both serviced by a family size bathroom. There is also a utility room with all your essentials and clothes drying area at the back. Upstairs you have a large bedroom with king size bed, family size ensuite bathroom, and large balcony with table/chairs. Outside you have BBQ area, sun terraces with 6 sun beds, 2 large umbrellas and outdoor dining table with pull over shade. During the evening the pool has lights and there are garden lights around the property.
It's in an ideal location, quiet on the evenings but just a 4-5 minute walk into the centre of the resort where you have many very good restaurants, bars [serving cocktails], play equipment for children and supermarkets. A few bars have children's entertainment as well as shows for adults. You can also walk to the local coves for snorkelling, swimming and fishing and the resort has its own Scuba Diving Centre and boat hire. There are a number of small sandy beaches with the main one being the Pirate's beach on the roundabout as you enter the resort.
Just 4km from the beautiful city of Ciutadella (walkable along the picturesque coast road in about 25 minutes), and surrounded by beaches, beautiful coves and rocky headlands, it's one of the island's most popular resorts.
The rest of the island is easily accessible by car or bus with regular services to Cuitadella - the island's capital in Roman times. Ciutadella is full of historic grandeur and architectural splendour, with narrow cobbled streets lined with trendy shops and designer boutiques. Its tempting waterside bars and restaurants overlook the stylish marina. Boat hire is also available there. Guests always say a visit to Ciutadella is a must!
A good night out is at the La Trot Races which are in resort, where you can place a 2 euro bet - don't expect the winnings to be life saving, or anything lavish - its all very simplistic.
It's not a must to have car hire when staying in this resort but there are local car hire companies in the resort if you want to explore the island for a few days.

The villa was just simply amazing. Lots of space for us all, spotless and pool cleaned twice when we were there. Lots of beautiful places to visit. Good restaurants close by and a visit to the city is a must do

Fantastic!

This villa was one of the best we've stayed in! Very clean and spacious. The pool was a great size and there was everything you could need. Just a short walk to some lovely restaurants and supermarkets. You can see the sea from the balcony from the loveky roo. Upstairs! fromlovely room up

Perfect home away from home

The property is a real home from home with absolutely everything that we needed for everyone in our family. The house is immaculate - well decorated and well looked after. The pool was perfect for us and the location was ideal - close enough to restaurants and shops but quiet and relaxing. Lots of exploring to do within short drives too and beautiful beaches and coves near by as well as Ciutadella which was definitely worth a visit. A wonderful week.

Stunning Villa in Good location!!

Lovely villa!! Didn’t want for anything. Everything in place for a relaxing stay. Beautiful pool and facilities outside, and very private. Home from home experience and would definitely recommend, Town is only a ten minute walk with good restaurants and bars. Ciutedella is only a twenty minute bus ride and would recommend a visit!! All in all, a lovely experience and would definitely return.

Superb week in a fabulous villa

Just spent a week at Villa Joseph at the end of May. Prior to arrival the owner was easily contactable and very accomodating with our every request. We arrived late and the check in process was simple. The Villa itself is spacious and comfortable, it is the best equipped villa we have stayed in the owner has thought of everything. The outside area is superb with a good sized pool, 6 excellent sunbeds and an outdoor kitchen bbq area. The children would have been happy to play there all week however we did venture out. The Villa is in a quiet private location and yet you are only 5 mins walk from bars, restaurants, shops, beaches and water park. Will definately be looking to revisit in the future. Thankyou Diane

Amazing Villa

The villa was perfect with everything you need and really comfy beds. The pool was amazing and the sun beds made it feel like a real holiday experience. There are shops and restaurants in easy walking distance as well as some lovely coves too with lots of beautiful beaches a short drive away

Great Holiday at Villa Joseph

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Joseph. The villa had everything we needed and more. Well presented, clean and comfortable with a lovely pool. Nice outside seating area too. The location is perfect - only a short walk to the supermarkets, restaurants and bars as well as the stunning coves. We spent a lot of time swimming in the warm water. The bus service is also really good. Every half hour to Cuitadella which is a beautiful city. We had a really lovely holiday and are hoping to return.

Exceptional Villa for comfort in a very good location.

We have stayed in lots of different villas over the years. This villa was so good we wanted to book for the following year whilst we were there! Unfortunately it wasn't available for one of the only 2 weeks we could go. So what was it that impressed us. It was because not only this villa everything you would expect it is in the detail. The fact the kitchen opens onto the outside dining area near to the bbq. The lounge opens onto the patio area so if you want to sit inside for a bit you are not cut off from everyone else. In the bedrooms there were hooks on the doors etc to hang dressing gowns and towels etc. There was plenty of room in the wardrobes with more than enough hangers. There were drawers for every little thing you needed to put away. The beds were comfortable, the air con was not as noisy as some we've had before. The pool was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of patio area to sunbathe .. and it was in the sun all day. The showers are roomy and loved the inbuilt shelves in ours (the upstairs one) where you could put everything out of the way. The kitchen was well stocked and not cramped. This Villa feels as if it's a home as soon as you have spent a day or two in it rather than a holiday let. It's not too far from the restaurants (5-10 mins stroll) but far enough that it's peaceful. It has good security .. the gate locks and there are villas either side and behind which are behind hedges for privacy so no one can access it. We kept the front door locked so anyone who wanted to get in had to come round the back where we all were. The laundry room is at the back so no noise when washing anything with an outside area for drying clothes/damp towels in the sunshine which has a high built wall around it .. so no looking at smalls whilst sitting round the pool. In themselves these things are not really a big issue but when you add them all up it makes for lovely stay. Menorca is lovely, very relaxed and safe. The restaurants available were of really good standard .. not overly expensive but good food. We pre-booked a food delivery which arrived later the same day we arrived which was brilliant .. unpacked .. lit the bbq and had a swim .. what more could you want .. would we book this villa again .. abso..flipping .. lutely!!

The property is lovely, well furnished and comfortable, the outdoor seating and pool are perfect.

We stayed for a week, we found the location to be ideal, just a couple of minutes walk to Cala Brut for snorkelling and between 5-10 minute stroll to the main avenue with all bars and restaurants. The supermarket is even nearer. Great holiday in a lovely environment.

HOME FROM HOME

A VERY ENJOYABLE, RELAXING STAY IN A VILLA THAT WAS FULLY EQUIPPED AS YOUR OWN HOME WOULD BE. EVERYTHING THAT WAS NEEDED WAS THERE. THE POOL WAS CLEAN AND THE VILLA WAS SPOTLESS. IT IS A FEW MINUTES WALK TO ALL BARS, RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKETS, TAXI AND BUS SERVICES, AN IDEAL LOCATION FOR ANY AGE

Superb villa

Stayed at villa Joseph for 2 weeks and it was truly a home from home. Everything you would ever need is supplied and the facilities were all excellent. Everything was well kept and extremely clean. Fabulous location and really helpful welcome pack was provided before arrival.Would highly recommend Margaret and Jim who handled our transfers and were always on hand if we needed anything. Would not hesitate in returning to villa Joseph!

Why they chose this property

Everything you need is within walking distance and for those who are elderly or have young children, its literally a 3-4 minute walk into the centre of the resort and all is on the flat. On an evening we are nicely tucked away so you have peace and tranquility.

The additional cost of hiring a car is not essential but we can arrange car hire to be collected at the airport if you want to explore further afield. Ask for a quote when booking.

What makes this property unique

The villa has its own private pool, secure gardens, outdoor and indoor dining, Wifi and a good selection of TV channels including BT sport. The area is very flat so suitable for any elderly guests that would like to visit and is an easy few minutes walk into the centre of the resort where you have absolutely everything on hand - supermarkets, a good selection of 'good' restaurants, bars, etc. A few places offer evening entertainment.
