The house is spacious, comfortable, tastefully furnished and well-kept (all the mattresses have been changed for 2014).

This is an ideal location: very quiet and away from the traffic or night clubs. Indeed, to access the villa, you take a dead end street with give a private access to the house as well as to a private car park.

The sea: the choice is yours:

- you can swim at the foot of the house ( 30 metres away from the house) in Cala Barcelo, Cala being not very well-known among tourists,

- or you can swim at the sandy beach of Cala Blanes, only 200 m away. This sandy beach offers the usual services: sun loungers, paddle boats and security, beach bar and restaurant.

- follow the coastal path on 105 m to go for a swim in Cala Brut. This Cala is well-known for its natural diving points from different heights (from 1 to 12 m).

For everyday errands, the house is 150 m from a local grocery store offering fresh bread and products.

To shop and to spend wonderful nights in the island, the house is only 3 km from the centre of Ciutadella, the most beautiful city of Minorca.

To go to Ciutadella, you can go through the very quiet interior road ( ideal for joggers since it is a one-way road) and you will go along the cliffs of the southern coast of the island, along the beautiful villa of Calan Blanes.
