Casa Petra e Franco 3 bedroom apartment for 8 people, with 3 bathrooms, is part of the villa in our beautiful residence Corte Ferrari in Moniga del Garda, Ciao Vacanze brand. Ciao Vacanze owns the full residence. It is surrounded by flowers, olive trees and vineyards with beautiful views over Lake Garda.

The Villa is ground floor with private garden, only 1 bedroom + Bathroom is located on the first floor.
2 Master bedrooms with double bed, + 1 bedroom with 4 single beds.

The residence is beautifully refined and welcoming and has a wonderful swimming pool area with shared Jacuzzi. Although part of our residence, the apartment is in our villa and is set aside from the other apartments we have, offering a haven of privacy and tranquillity.

We are perfectly located, with the town centre and its bars, restaurants, pizzerias and shops only a 1 min walk away. 5 mins walk are the shores of Lake Garda where you will find lakeside restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and of course boat hire and scooter hire.

The apartment is spacious and luxuriously furnished and has balconies overlooking the lake and a small private garden.

Just perfect!

Big thank you to Thomas, Jenny and the team for all their support, we were a little uncertain regarding the standard & quality , but I can report that my concerns were otally unfounded. Valerie was so helpful at the check in, and the information was also really good value. I can only say good things and recommend the experience, there seemed some nice friendly people staying there too, but our family really enjoyed our apartment , plus the discreet management, which was appreciated! will definitely book again -- thank you!

Beautiful apartment on lovely complex

Casa Petra e Franco is a very well equipped 3 bed/3 bath apartment on a lovely little complex. It is about 300 metres from a few restaurants, coffee bars, ice cream parlours, a bakery and a small supermarket. We liked to shop in Italmarket, again a short distance away. There is a swimming pool that was very refreshing, but there was no shallow end so if you have children please be aware of this. We made use of the outside BBQ facilities a couple of times. The apartment is in a great position for exploring, we went to Parco de Terminale where we swam in the thermal lake, took boat trips across the lake from Desenzano and had a day trip into Venice, a 2 hour drive . The only suggestion I would make would be to supply more pillows for the bedrooms.

Wir waren überwältigt von dem tollen Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Am 2. Tag ging der Geschirrspüler kaputt und am gleichen Tag bekamen wir einen Ersatz. Top Service. Den bellenden Hund haben wir auch gehört, fanden wir allerdings kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsame Tage am Gardasee

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation schon vor Reiseantritt war sehr gut. Es wurde immer sofort reagiert. Die gesamte Anlage und unser Ferienhaus hat der Beschreibung im Internet entsprochen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Auf Fragen und kleinere Probleme vor Ort wurde sofort reagiert. Die Anlage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Perfect family stay

We rented this property for a week of a family vacation. It was very roomy for 3 couples and 2 small children. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a market just a block or so away so you can cook meals if you prefer. There is a beautiful view of the lake and it is only a 5-10 minute walk down to the lakeshore and port to catch local ferries or rent a boat. It was very warm when we were there so we loved having access to the pool and used it daily. It would be nice if it was open a little later into the evening. Posted hours are only until 8:00pm and I feel like we might have enjoyed an evening swim past that time. There are several inexpensive but very good pizza restaurants which we enjoyed as well as nearby gelato. The property is well located for a drive or ferry ride to other towns around the lake. We were very pleased with our stay here!

We enjoyed staying in Casa Petra and Franco in August 2017. The location is excellent and close to all cafes and town center. We also appreciate that it has municipal park right across the street from the property. Our children liked it a lot. There is also playground on the property, which was useful for us. We enjoyed the pool . It was clean and in good order. I appreciate Valeria was quick to respond to our needs. We had a good family vacation there.

A lovely, family-friendly getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Corte Ferrari and the location suited us perfectly. It is an area that is not overrun by tourists but also not isolated and lonely. Our son had a wonderful time hanging out with other children he met at the pool. We loved the fact that we could walk to the town center in 5 minutes and have a nice meal at a local restaurant, eat a gelato or drink a glass of wine, yet we also had the option to pick up some groceries and make a meal in our apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful, the pool area was clean and well kept-up, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The lake is a bit further away than we anticipated, but it is an easy walk and we didn't mind. We rented a boat and enjoyed one day seeing the area from the water. Overall we were thrilled with our stay and would definitely come back!

Einfach Klasse

Unser Haus war genau den Angaben im Online-Inserat entsprechend und sogar noch besser. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir fühlten uns rundum gut aufgehoben und betreut. Die Angestellten der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen dieses Feriendomizil auf jeden Fall weiter. Es gibt in der Nähe einen kleinen Supermarkt mit sehr netter Bedienung, eine Bäckerei und viele gute Restaurants. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub und wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Why they chose this property

We restored Casa Petra e Franco as it' s one of the oldest buildings in Moniga del Garda about 15th Century.
We lived here till May 2006, then we decided to restore another part of the property and to let other people enjoy this fantastic house!
We love so much living here as you are close to the small center of Moniga, but with no buildings in front of you, only vineyard, olive trees and the lake!
Even if we were both born in this area, we should be used to such a nice panorama, but we still get exicite when we see it!

Then in general Moniga is fantastic as you out of the crowd but close to Desenzano's services. From here you can visit Venice, Verona, Mantova, all the lake villages.
