This amazing villa has stunning views and sunsets overlooking San Agustin. Only a short distance from the beach and local amenities. Situated within a short walk from San Agustin village the villa is perfect for clients that do not want to hire a car as there is a restaurant, bar and small supermarket . The villa comes with 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and a/c, three of them have sea views. The villa has recently had a new modern kitchen fitted and a complete makeover throughout the whole villa. The villa is a perfect retreat for family's wanting to relax in the countryside but be close enough to some nightlife Fantastic weddings location! Please ask for details.

Increíbles vacaciones

La casa es muy acogedora, está cerca de todo. Al lado de la casa hay un restaurante fenomenal y un bracito para comprar comida para los niños. La propiedad es suficientemente grande para la familia tener su espacio y juntos a la vez. Pero lo que de verdad hace esta propiedad extraordinaria es el señor que administrador, Martín. Sin el no sería lo mismo, estuvo al pendiente de todo, lo que necesites te Ayuda. También recomiendo que contraten a Nancy, es una señora súper profesional y simpática. la casa al ser tan grande es necesario tener alguien que sea tan eficiente!!! Lo único que me gustaría es que tengan un mejor aire acondicionado en el cuarto principal.. pero el resto fenomenal.. volvería sin pensarlo. Es de las mejores casas que he rentado en IBIZA, y llevo 15 años!!

Fabulous Villa with plenty room for everyone

We stayed here with 9 adults. There was plenty room for everyone. Bedrooms were spacious with added bonus of all en-suite. Loads of outdoor space with a selection of different areas to eat. Pool area was ace with its own outdoor kitchen and BBQ. A very quiet location but shop within 5 mins walking distance and main road for bus another 10 mins walk. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here, everything you need is there.

we love it here, the summers get a bit busy but the winters absolutely make up for it, having lunch at yemaja in cala jondal on new years days in the sun cannot be beaten
