The house is located near San Agustine on the west side of the Island of Ibiza, a 5 minute drive to San Jose, 15 to Ibiza Airport and Ibiza Town. Local beaches, Cala Bassa/Conta, Es Torrent, Jondal/Blue Marlin can be reached within 7-15 minutes. The surrounding area is now a fully protected conservation area providing privacy and tranquility and boasting many fantastic, signposted walking and bicycle routes. The house is modern, on several levels, with great sound systems and many different secluded areas whether you hope to have fun or relax (or both!). The local charming villages of San Augustine and San Jose have a variety of cafes, and restaurants to suit all budgets. The recently refurbished tennis/paddle club is 7 mins away, (Ibiza bubble club) A Kitchen with high quality appliances to prepare long lunches or dinners yourself - or we can arrange a chef to come to the house.

We pretty much enjoyed the great modern villa on terassed grounds with so many different sitting areas enhanced with tropical and desert plants. Nicely set elevated on a hill with great views into the landscape. Surrounded by lush meadows and tranquillity.

Great stay in a fantastic house.

We had an amazing week in the Villa. The house has several terraces and seating areas, offering a comfortable place for everyone. It is well equipped with everything you need and the heated swimming offered great fun for the kids all day. Nicely located in the hills, offering plenty of privacy with everything you need within 10 minutes drive. communication was great, we felt very welcome!

Amazing villa! Amazing service!

The villa was amazing. Super clean and with daily cleaners was easy to keep that way with 12 people! All the bedrooms were lovely! The house had all of the amenities we needed. The best bits are the pool which is large and has a great view, and the barbecue area which has enough space to cook for and army and a great table for large meals. Plenty of space for parking inside the grounds, we had 3 cars, and the alarm definitely made us feel more secure. The property manager was great and on hand to answer any questions we had. All in all the perfect place to stay in a great location which made exploring ibiza easy.

Beautiful house in a magical place!

We stayed at Villa Fabrica as a group of 9 friends and had an amazing time. A beautiful house with gorgeous rooms and outdoor spaces, clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a perfect holiday in Ibiza. Marc and Emelie were both super helpful whenever we had questions and made booking, arrival and check-out totally seamless. A bit tricky to explain to taxi drivers where it was as there was no address, but with Taxi Click by app or by phone we always managed to get where we wanted to go. Well located not too far from anywhere so if you have a car the island is your oyster and the neighbourhood is lovely and peaceful with great views all the way to the sea. The wifi and bluetooth connections could do with an upgrade as didn’t always stream quickly or reach everywhere to play music, but who needs it when you’re in such a beautiful spot!? Would 100% book again and recommend to friends!

Verblijf was prima, ik zou het huis alleen wat meer aangekleed fijner hebben gevonden het klonk erg hol en bij wat minder weer niet gezellig met elkaar kunnen eten tafel was geschikt voor 6 personen en de stoelen erg hard.

We are a family, two dads, and twin boys. We currently live in London, previously live in New York, but try to spend as much time as possible during school holidays on the magical Island of Ibiza.

Why they chose this property

As a small island it’s easy to explore everywhere, but within easy reach on the west coast we have incredible beaches, sunsets, and bike/hiking trails. Locally, Both San Augustine and San Jose are charming villages with great cafes, and restaurants to suit all budgets. Our favourite local beach clubs/restaurants are Jondal, Cala Bassa BC, Es Torrent, Tropicana, the Blue Marlin (mostly before the kids were born!)

What makes this property unique

We built the house - designed to work either for 1/2 families or a larger group to have fun. There is great sound systems inside and out, lots of different areas to read/relax including a secluded lower garden to get away from the group, a fantastic kitchen to host long lunches or dinners. Also in a protected rustic area, so a lot of silence. Just ask we can arrange a yoga teacher to come for classes on garden terrace, babysitters, reservations, or a chef to the house.
