Whilst in the countryside, you are within 20 minutes walking distance along the beach to Puerto Banus.

Sheelagh was amazing from the moment I booked the property until check out. Communication was perfect. The place is very spacious and has a lovely pool which we used everyday. We recommend this place as we think it’s 10/10

Gorgeous apartment in quiet complex

Lovely apartment in a nice quote complex. Pool was lovely and not too many people each day, plenty of sun beds. The apartment was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed for the week long stay. Puerto Banus is walking distance but we had a car to go anywhere else in Marbella. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely apartment in a great central location

Lovely apartment in a fantastic secure complex. Excellent sized pool with plenty of sun loungers. Great location on Marbella Golden Mile. Ten minutes’ walk to the beach and then another 15-20 mins along the boardwalk to either Puerto Banus or Puente Romano – lots of lovely restaurants, beach activities etc. Aldi only a five minute walk away. Sheelagh was a fab host and always quick to reply to any questions.

Spacious apartment

Lovely complex, fantastic pool and sun beds always available. A good 35 min walk to Puerto Banus itself and 10 mins to local aldi. Local bus service only 5 mins away and very easy to use and cheap. Only negative which isn’t a reflection on the apartment is the building works going on at surrounding properties giving you an early morning wake up call!

Apartment Puerto Banus

Sheelagh’s apartment was just perfect had all the mod cons . It is set within a gated community with manicured gardens . We never had a problem securing sun beds around the beautiful swimming pool . It’s about a 30min stroll into Puerto Banus and about 3 min walk to Aldi - so a perfect location. Sheelagh was very helpful and promptly replied to emails . We hope to book again in the near future.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

Had a lovely weeks stay here in July. The location was perfect, the beach is less then five minutes walk away and extremely easy to get to from the apartment, there are sun beds available on the beach and as it is such a large stretch of beach it was never overcrowded. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, a real home away from home with all the facilities you could need ie washing machine,iron, toaster, wifi, satellite tv etc., it has the added bonus of being in a gated community with security at the main entrance. In the development there is a gorgeous, big swimming pool with a lifeguard on duty all day, again no problem getting a sunbed and a nice place to sit. There was also wifi available at the pool area. Location is perfect for both Puerto banus and Marbella with bus stops a few mins away and bus only costing €1.16 per person per journey. Taxis were approx €9, again v reasonable. The Aldi supermarket is a 3min walk away so this made stocking up on basics extra easy. I definitly recommend this property for anyone making a trip to either Puerto banus or Marbella it is so comfortable and everything is so accessible.

Alojamiento muy recomendable. El apartamento es bonito, espacioso y provisto de todo lo necesario. Tiene una orientación ideal manteniendo una temperatura perfecta durante todo el día no precisando usar el aire acondicionado salvo unos minutos al llegar la noche. Esta situado en una preciosa urbanización tranquila, con una piscina con hamacas y sombrillas suficientes para todos y con seguridad las 24 hs. La ubicación es perfecta para ir andando sin agobios a la playa, al supermercado ALDI y a varios restaurantes de la zona. Por último, resaltar la satisfactoria comunicación que hemos tenido con su propietaria, Sheelagh. Ha sido un placer estar en su precioso apartamento y lo recomiendo con total sinceridad. Rosana

Appartamento da 4 persone max, nessuna capacità di risolvere i problemi!

Abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento per 14 gg per 5 persone ( quattro adulti ed un bambino) benchè fosse pubblicizzato per 6 persone. All'arrivo ci siamo accorti che la casa aveva solo 4 posti letto. Ho contattato la proprietaria che vive a Dublino ed ha risposto che la quinta persona avrebbe dovuto dormire sul divano ( non in un divano letto come mi sarei aspettato) ma SUL DIVANO sostenendo che è una cosa normalissima. Dopo molte insistenze l'addetta delle pulizie, unica persona di contatto in loco, si è presentata con un materassino di gommapiuma da mettere a terra ed un cuscino preso a casa sua. Alla richiesta di avere almeno una brandina pieghevole per il bambino completa di rete e materasso per dormire 14 notti, mi è stato risposto che la proprietaria non aveva lasciato i soldi per risolvere questo tipo di problemi. Sconsiglio assolutamente la prenotazione per gruppi di oltre 4 persone. Invito a riflettere gli altri sul fatto che qualsiasi problema dovesse insorgere non ci sarà nessuno a poterlo risolvere. Peccato, um bell'appartamento ma non basta!

I am a professional lady living in Ireland, Dublin, I visit my
apartment regularly when it is not rented. I often play
tennis in Manola Santana's tennis club which is nearby and also padel. It is a
small friendly club. They
offer a very good rate for one week - I would highly recommend it.
My favourite shop in Puerto Banus is El Cortes Ingles -it is a super shop and offers excellent service. Aldi which is only 5 minutes from
the apartment is very convenient - I also shop in hipercor for my groceries which
is also in El Cortes ingles. I play tennis and golf here in Ireland. I
grew up in a small town called Kells, which is 40 miles from Dublin. It is famous for 'The book of Kells' which can be seen
in Trinity College should you visit our great country.

Why they chose this property

This apartment is in a quiet residential area. I it is only 20 minutes
walk to Puerto Banus should you wish to sample the high life. The beach is only 5 minutes away from the aparatment but there is also a beauutiful pool in the complex with excellent sun beds. Should you feel energetic there are gym facilities beside the pool.
There is wifi in the apartment and as you can see from the
photos a super t.v. The grounds are very well kept with beautiful trees and plants. Whilst the swimming pool is only
3 minutes from the apartment, it is far enough away so that
you are not disturbed.

What makes this property unique

Ground Floor - very cool in the summer. Shops nearby. Within
walking distance of Puerto Banus. The complex is only 3 stories high and very private.
