Annonce mensengére. Odeur insuportable de moisie quand vous rentrée dans la maison ! Babarcue innomable !!! cafetière, four,lave vaiselle, bouilloir, porte d'entrée qui ne fonctionne pas avec la clef, les rideaux infectent pleins de poussière. ensuite la femme de ménage a été outrancière ! A tous ce qui etaient sales à ne pas pourvoir s'en servir Il nous a été répondu : si cela vous plait pas ne vous en servez pas ! Nous avions demandé trois lits, elle nous a mis deux paires de draps flanqués sur un lit non repasser et nous a répondu, je cite : mais vous ne couché pas avec votre femme ? Conclusion : pas de barbecue pas de cafetière pas de four pas de bouilloir, pas de garage etc scandaleux !!!! sale !!! Le garage, impossible de rentrer la voiture c'était plein de bric a brac !! j'ai à votre disposition toutes les photos prisent. Cordialement

I am very upset to hear you have had a bad stay. I can only apologise. Why did not contact me at any time in your stay to tell me any of your complaints? I will speak to our caretaker immediately to find out what has happened, but we have never ever had any complaints about anything being dirty. The dishwasher was brand new last month, so how it could not be used I have no idea? The garage has a spare bbq in, some bikes and toys and chairs for the beach for the guests to use. We get our 7-seater car in the garage so I must get to the bottom of how it cannot be used now. I will deal with all of your complaints very seriously, I just wish you had contacted me on arrival to let me know and we would have done everything we could to put it right. Je suis très très contrarié d'apprendre que vous avez passé un mauvais séjour. Je ne peux que m'excuser. Pourquoi ne m'avez-vous pas contacté à aucun moment de votre séjour pour me faire part de vos plaintes? Je parlerai immédiatement à notre gardien pour savoir ce qui s'est passé, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de plaintes concernant quoi que ce soit qui soit sale. Le lave-vaisselle était tout neuf le mois dernier, alors comment ne pouvait-il pas être utilisé, je n'en ai aucune idée ? Le garage dispose d'un barbecue de rechange, de vélos, de jouets et de chaises pour la plage à l'usage des invités. Nous récupérons notre voiture 7 places dans le garage, je dois donc comprendre comment elle ne peut pas être utilisée maintenant. Je traiterai toutes vos plaintes très au sérieux, j'aurais juste aimé que vous me contactiez à votre arrivée pour me le faire savoir et nous aurions fait tout notre possible pour y remédier.

Notre expérience au" Castellet "

Nous connaissions et aimions déjà le domaine du golf de St Endréol, nous ne connaissions en revanche pas la partie du "Castellet" où se trouve la maison de Angie. La maison est idéalement placée, 10 secondes à peine pour atteindre la piscine ce qui est idéal avec les enfants qui peuvent aller et venir comme ils le souhaitent. Très grande piscine ou l'on trouve toujours une place et particulièrement bien entretenue et propre. La maison était idéale en famille, grandes chambres (la suite parentale absolument fabuleuse!!) et 2 salles de bains. Il ne manquait rien sur place, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin et plein de vaisselle pour bébé en cuisine. Tout était propre et agréable, le lieu est calme et paisible. Le plus par cette météo la clim à l'étage, la maison reste fraiche. Un merci particulier à la concierge Sandrine qui a été disponible lorsque nous avons eu besoin d'elle. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans la maison d'Angie!!

Great property but left disappointed

St Endreol is a golf resort and potential visitors should not think that there is much more on offer than the golf amenities and a swimming pool. The house itself is lovely. A really high standard and spacious. However, we were left disappointed. The Barbecue did not work so we had no barbecue for the 2 weeks. For me, when a barbecue is advertised then there should be one. There was a new gas barbecue which leaked gas, and then caught fire after an unqualified caretaker took a look. The owner responded to texts about the situation but did not check back that it had been resolved. Given the cost of the property and the resort and then high expectations this was simply not good enough. The property has 'internet' listed but it does NOT have broadband. It is a wifi dongle with 0.1 meg. You will not be surfing the net and uploading images to Facebook on this internet service. We just had to use our phone data as it was quicker. The wider amenities of the resort are those of a golf complex. There is one bar and restaurant. Le Muy has a couple of restaurants. The complex is immaculately kept and the pool is great for kids. So all in all, its in a fabulous location to explore the Var region and the property is a high spec townhouse but we were left disappointed when the facilities listed were not delivered.

I do apologise I wrongly assumed the BBQ had been fixed, I did not know it hadn’t been. The Internet was what was available at the time to use, we also found it very frustrating. It is now updated to the best service we can get from Orange. I have a husband who works from the house and two teenage boys so we understand the need for it.

Great holiday

We had a great holiday in September 2013, the house was clean, well equipped and photos were accurate. Excellent facilities (right down to the travel potty!) for those with babies and toddlers, but all stored away so those without wouldn't know it was all there. The site was quiet during our stay, lovely walks within the complex, the pool is 4 houses away and very clean. You can collect fresh bread, croissants etc. from the visiting bakery in the summer month early mornings, or wander up to the clubhouse for a drink or snack, visit the restaurant for something more substantial, and of course the golf course and spa is there too. Great beaches are 20-30 minutes drive away, and fab day trips to St Tropez, Cannes, Port Grimaud etc. Plenty of Chateau's to visit nearby too. There is a smallish supermarket 5 minutes drive away in Le Muy as is the local market, which is open on Thursday and Sunday mornings. If you arrive on a Saturday, we recommend buying your fruit, veg, cheese, bread, meats etc. from the market; great choice, local produce and cheaper than the hypermarket, which is about 15/20 minutes away. Very helpful owners, happy to answer questions, we've just booked for next year and can't wait!
