Apartment located in a tastefully renovated property, entirely refurbished to high standard and ideally located for winter and summer holidays. Various activities are available nearby such as skiing, hiking, tennis courts, swimming, mountain biking, and not too far from karting, sailing on lake, rafting, paintball.
This comfortable and fully independent apartment (circa 150sqm) is located on the ground floor of the chalet, it is charming, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It is located in a very quiet area with a nice view of the Mont Blanc chain and is surrounded by a large garden. It is suitable for families up to 7 + 1 baby.

1 master suite with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with toilet
1 bedroom with two single beds (or one queen size)
1 bedroom with 3 single beds (or one queen + one single)

A spacious living & dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen

Why they chose this property
This chalet is an old farm (entirely refurbished) and like old house you can feel the history of such place. you can find a nice rest because of the comfort, the view, the garden and the fresh air you can breath.
What makes this property unique
no noise, a nice countryside around, the fresh air but in the meantime, close to everything (5 to 10mn) from St Gervais downtown, close to the municipal swimmingpool, the tennis courts, minigolf... and during the winter season close to the main gondola departure for a nice and pleasant stay for skying area (400kms of slopes).
