Our luxury, family friendly home is located on the lovely gated community of WaterSong, in a peaceful rural location to the South of Disney World. Close to the I4 and US192, you are perfectly located for swift and easy access to ALL of Orlando's world class attractions.

Set in a conservation area, WaterSong offers a tranquil retreat from the hectic theme parks. The villa is set on a large plot with no back neighbours; you will be able to relax in or around the huge south facing 30ft pool and spa in privacy, not overlooked, with only nature as your back neighbour!

Our stylish open plan and airy, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, pool home, accommodates up to 12 people (10+ 2 infants) in "boutique hotel" style luxury (no uncomfortable sofa bed in this home!). The modern interior has been professionally designed and offers superior quality furnishings and chic styling, with all the comforts of home.

Set over two floors our home has generous open living areas and 3 master suites, each with en suite facilities...perfect for a single family or two families sharing.

POOL AREA

Our home features a fabulous private South facing, heated pool with Jacuzzi/Spa and coloured LED lighting. At 30ft x 15ft this pool is much larger than most; great for all day fun in the sun. Alternatively you can relax in the spa, under the stars, as the massaging jets soothe tired muscles after a long day at the parks. The deck area is also extra large, providing lots of outdoor space to lounge around or for the children to play.
The covered lanai provides comfortable shade; here we have provided ceiling fans, luxury pool furniture; table with 8 chairs for al fresco dining and 6 loungers for relaxing by the pool. There is also a pool bathroom and outdoor shower.

With safety in mind, the pool is fitted with a removable child safety fence. There is even a selection of pool toys. The pool and deck areas are screened for your comfort.

Pool/spa heating is NOT included in the rental rate but is available upon request for an additional charge.

GROUND FLOOR

Living room - This spacious room is at the heart of the home. You will find designer furniture including stylish leather sectional seating, Philippe Stark occasional tables and 65” wall mounted screen LED HD TV with digital cable & HD channels, Bluetooth surround sound. Bluetooth connection to the surround sound system caters for musical entertainment.

Dining room - Here there is a gorgeous dining table by award winning British furniture designer Matthew Hilton, with 8 Churner chairs (a design classic). The smallest guest need not feel left out, a design conscious high chair is also provided. Mood lighting has been installed for those more intimate dinners.

Kitchen - fully fitted with every convenience needed for your stay including the large American refrigerator, dish washer, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker plus all the other appliances you would expect. Cookware, silverware, crockery, glassware and chip proof items for outdoor use are all provided. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar with Italian leather bar stools.

The laundry area can be found in the garage, away from view, and includes large capacity washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Master Suite 1 - Overlooking the pool, with direct access to the lanai. This beautiful room has features a US King size bed with memory foam mattress, en suite facilities with separate toilet, his and hers sinks and double size walk in shower. The walk in wardrobe contains a safe to store valuables. We have provided a ceiling fan, luxury Egyptian cotton linens, a 40" wall mounted smart LED TV and hairdryer..

Master Suite 3 - is at the front of the house on the ground floor. A bright and airy Queen Size en-suite room with memory foam mattress, built in wardrobe and designer furniture. Again there are luxury linens, a 40” flat screen wall mounted Smart HD TV and hairdryer.

Themed Games Room - For your added entertainment we have converted our garage into a games room, housing an 8ft pool table, 6ft table football, darts, smart TV, table & bar stools.

UPPER FLOOR

Master Suite 2 – A beautiful en-suite room with lovely views over the pool and the nature reserve to the rear of the property. Featuring contemporary Italian designer furniture and US King Size Italian leather bed with memory foam mattress. There is a floor mirror, walk in wardrobe, "43" wall mounted smart LED TV, hairdryer.

Bedroom 4 is a glamorous retro inspired Queen suite, featuring a gorgeous velvet bed with memory foam mattress and chic designer furnishings. This room has “Jack and Jill” en suite facilities (with bath tub), built in closet, luxurious cotton bedding, a 40” wall mounted Ultra HD Smart TV and hairdryer.

Bedroom 5 is a twin room with “Jack and Jill” en-suite facilities, built in wardrobe and luxury cotton bed linens. This room also has a 40” wall mounted Ultra HD Smart TV.

We also provide baby equipment. One set is provided FREE of charge. If you require additional items they can be hired from our management company for a small charge.

Great Vacation

Everyone enjoyed the location and the home had everything we desired, particularly the outdoor setting. The pool and spa space was the best feature. A great base for an Orlando family holiday

My first time renting from VRBO and I must say I was quite surprised and extremely pleased. Checking in and out was very easy. The owner was nice and very accommodating and responded quickly to my many emails. The location is perfect and easy to access from major roads. The neighborhood is lovely and the home is absolutely gorgeous from top to bottom. The pool and spa were perfect including the outdoor shower, bathroom and large seating area. Summit Cheerleading Competition

We absolutely enjoyed the home. It was perfect for the cheer comp. And not too far from espn wide world of sports. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone coming into Disney or espn. Great house and great memories!

We were in town for our daughter’s competitive cheer competition, and we brought some of our cheer family with us. We also did four days at the parks post-competition. We’ve rented many different homes in the Orlando area in the past. I’ll give you my opinion of the good and bad of this property. The good. (1) The number of rooms and multiple master bedrooms was great! (2) The beds were super comfortable! (3) The pool and spa were a huge plus after competition and the parks! (4) We loved not having neighbors behind us as it provided some level of privacy. (5) The kitchen was great and very functional as we cooked a large majority of our meals at the house. (6) The owner, Allyson, was great to work with. She was very responsive and provided very detailed information, which was exceptional! The bad. (1) The air conditioning or lack there of. The thermostats have some sort of eco setting. The lowest setting is 72, which is entirely too warm for Florida weather. The eco settings had a mind of their own. I would set the temp to the lowest setting of 72 before bed. We would wake up sweating EVERY night as it would automatically up the temp to 78 and we would have to get up and turn it back down. (2) Only one room had a ceiling fan, which would be ok if the a/c actually cooled the house. We actually ordered fans from Amazon and had them delivered to the house. We had to find room in our luggage to get them back home. Recommendation: perhaps have fans available for each room in case guests prefer them. (3) The house needs a larger hot water tank. Even with only one person showering, the hot water would not last for the duration of an average length shower. Overall, we had a great stay and made some great memories. With a few changes, we would consider staying at this property again.

We loved this house. When we booked we knew there wasn't much in Davenport and we had no interest in Disney/Orlando. We just wanted a quiet getaway in warm weather with a private pool. This property exceeded our expectations. The inside of the house is beautiful with a slightly modern aesthetic. Kitchen is stocked, as are the linen closets and towels. Each kid got their own bedroom and bath and smart TV. Internet connection was fast too. We played pool in the game garage every night. There's no Donald Duck Room or Mouse Ear lampshades anywhere. We really appreciated that. But the real star of this place is the pool space out back. We spent 80% of our stay lounging in or by the pool and hot tub. It's just wonderful. It looks out to nothing but trees and birds. It's got a very private feel. There's 6 great patio chairs that are clean, sturdy, and very comfortable. A big, shaded, wood dining table, under two fans, separates the pool deck from the house. In fact, all the furniture in the home is sturdy and comfortable. Often rentals are furnished with cheap, replaceable, furniture. Not this place. You can tell these owners want you to feel comfortable. Their communication is super fast and always very friendly!! It's probably the best house we have ever rented. Can't imagine anyone wouldn't be as happy as we were with this property.

Just the right place to escape and feel at home on vacation.

Getting to our destination after a long day of travel we actually were just expecting to sleep. We got so excited when walking into this home as we picked up our grocery order on the way there that we played in the heated pool (that was ready and heated for us, best investment when it's cold) in the middle of winter till almost midnight. It was wonderful! So many beautifully decorated rooms that were not only pretty but so functional. We took our youngest 3 teenagers and they had all three of their rooms claimed before we were able to even get the full tour ourselves. All kids had their own bathroom. The tables inside and out are made for large families. There was no need to run the dishwasher constantly as everything was stocked. We enjoyed theme parks mostly daily and the pool and hot tub every evening. It was just the right temperature. We never heard the neighbors and tried to stay quiet at night when we swam because the neighborhood is so peaceful. We met the neighbors later and they were renters that we learned were there for 3 months. Running the hot tub swimming at midnight, all of it made our trip exactly what we needed. A lot of fun close to our little hidden bit of peace at the end of the day. Even the day it rained the entire time we enjoyed the entire time swimming, cooking, laughing and having a wonderful family time in this luxury home that feels perfect. You feel spoiled with all the comforts of home. I only reached out to the owner once and that was our departure date. Everything we expected was exceeded by our expectations. Extremely well kept. Perfect for a large family or a couple families to share. We hope to do this again. If you rent this home and you are not happy? I could not comprehend why? Best vacation home! I almost felt the hosts there trying to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell it's a loved home. We sure agree. Pool toys, plenty of towels, linens, blankets, WiFi, game room, beautiful wooded area behind the house so it's quiet, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of things to do close and nearby... I could go on, but I suggest you check it out yourself.

Poor Pool

We stayed at this property from 7/9-7/17/21. We would not recommend this house to anyone for the following reasons: (1) upon arrival there was no light for the front walkway; (2) there was a pair of dirty underwear in the bedroom hamper; (3) the AC vent in the living room was covered in dust; and (4) both the pool and jacuzzi were not in working order (the pump was broken) for the first 6 and 1/2 days of our vacation. Upon our return home we requested some reimbursement since we were without the pool and jacuzzi for most of our vacation (THE MAIN REASON WE CHOSE THIS HOUSE)! The owner informed us that the pool pump was just an INCONVENIENCE and that since we had not informed the Management Company on the other items (we spoke to them several times), there would be no reimbursement. Out of a 0 to 10 the house and our vacation was a "1." There are many other available properties in this area with owners who are more amenable.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home

We stayed here for 12 nights over Spring Break. The house was exactly as pictured but even better in person which is often not the case. There are technically two Master bedrooms but the one downstairs has double sinks and a walk in shower, separate toilet area and bigger closet. The other 3 bedrooms are smaller but still very nice and beautifully decorated. The beds/mattresses were extremely comfortable and the owner provides lots of extra towels and extra sheet sets, blankets and pillows for everyone’s needs. The house is spacious and laid out well. There is only one living room but it seats 5 comfortably and more if needed. The pool is large and the hot tub was in perfect working order. There are color changing lights in the pool for the evening and the pool was always heated to a great temperature (extra cost). The whole outside area is perfect and the house is situated on a wooded back lot for privacy in a beautiful neighborhood far enough away from touristy traffic and Disney but close enough that everything you need is within a 15-30 minute drive max with high traffic. We would absolutely stay here again.

CLEAN - QUIET - RELAXING!!!!

We stayed at a few houses during our vacation and I can tell you this one by far was the best stay. The moment you walk in it was very clean with modern updates and spacious rooms. A nice relaxing hot tub and clean pool for the kids to play in. Note: The only negative about this was using Uber. Obviously the owner has no control over this so I don't want this to ding them in anyway. They we're outstanding hosts and we will repeat 100% But we had planned on using Uber to and from Disney world. With everything going on with the current pandemic. Ubers are few and far between in Davenport. We had to book a Uber XL due to having 4 people in our party. Which ended up sometimes taking an hour or 2 just to find a Uber driver in our area ($35 a ride in the morning). Then getting rides from the parks back to the house was very easy to find, but ended up costing us $140 a trip during "Primetime Hours" at night. Like I said before. The owner has no control over this. I just wanted to give people a heads up that if you are planning to Uber. Think about renting a vehicle or finding another form of transportation to and from the parks if you don't feel like paying those prices. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect! Last thing I have to put again is this place was spotless! Cleanliness was one of our biggest priorities coming down and this place spotless from top to bottom!

Great Escape

This property exceeded our expectations. We were looking for a quiet get away from the cold weather for the holiday.. The owner is very friendly and provided all of the information we needed to access and enjoy the home. The pictures of the property are current. The house was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather was on the cooler side but the heated pool and hot tub allowed us to enjoy the outdoors. While we didn't take advantage of it due to Covid-19, the location is very close to Orlando and all of the Disney attractions. I highly recommend this property for a great escape.
