Luxurious, Spacious 6 Bedroom Family Villa With Amazing Private Pool And Spa

Many thanks for viewing our villa, Florida Delight (Watersongvillarental) which is our vacation rental home on the beautiful Watersong Resort in Davenport, Florida. We are Nichola and Richard and we have owned and rented the property from it being new in 2014.
Customer Care is key to us to help all our guests have the vacation they have dreamed of. We know how important it is when you are investing in a holiday to be able to trust the people you are booking with. Likewise, as owners we need to have full confidence in the people who manage our villa locally and we have this as a result of our partnership with Homes of America who help bring you a first-class holiday rental home. Our fantastic management team, Lynn, Dave and Ed professionally manage everything with the cleaning, maintenance and management of our villa to ensure everything is just right for our guests. Outdoors:
Front:
Parking for up to 4 vehicles on the drive subject to car size. Drive size is length 36 foot x width 16 foot max. There is no on-street parking permitted on the resort. Dusk to dawn LED lighting ensures your vehicles are illuminated at night and aids opening the villa door.

Rear:
If outdoor living is your thing this is the villa for you! Our pool deck (40’ x 30’) is one of the largest, if not the largest on Watersong. Its picturesque woodland and lake outlook at the rear of the home together with the extended privacy screening to both sides between our neighbours make it the perfect spot for relaxing with your family and friends. Such a high degree of privacy around the pool area is certainly not something that every villa offers The extended deck enables the pool area to be bathed in sunshine for longer into the afternoon. The extended outside space and view are often the key reasons why many of our guests decide to book our villa in the first place and are mentioned in many of our guest reviews. Imagine relaxing round the pool and enjoying spotting some of Florida's amazing bird and wildlife at the same time! With floodlights in the pool and twinkling solar lights around the deck you can enjoy relaxing outside and swimming both day and night in a magical setting.
We have a handrail for accessing both the pool and the spa which means that it is far easier for both seniors and young children to get in and out of the water and be able to join in the fun with the rest of the family.
Pool heat is of course an option for both the pool and spa.
Very comfortable, high quality seating, sun loungers and dining furniture complete our outside living experience for you to enjoy the pool at its absolute best.



Indoors:
Entry: Step into the first of two sitting areas downstairs in the villa. It is a large, welcoming lounge area, beautifully laid out with two three- seater sofas and an armchair, coffee table and lamps.
A bar area just off the lounge is convenient for fixing snacks and pouring drinks. It is here that you will find board games and cards, as well as local attraction leaflets and booklets.

There is a downstairs toilet.

Family Living Room
From the lounge situated at the front of the villa you will wander through into the stunningly spacious open kitchen, dining and family living area. Patio doors give the Family Living room direct access and views onto the pool area..
It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a film on the large 65-inch 4K TV which has superb picture quality.
All the major US, UK and European networks as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney and Peacock TV are available on any of the ten TVs available throughout the villa.
There is a landline for local calls within the US.

Dining Areas
There is large and impressive inside formal dining table which seats up to 12 people and is a real showpiece with great views overlooking the pool area. Being indoors the AC ensures a cool, comfortable temperature and being next to the kitchen it makes preparing and serving meals easy and very convenient. The lights above the table can be dimmed or brightened according to the mood and ambiance you wish to create during mealtime.
Alternatively for a casual bite to eat or a coffee there are four bar stools at the breakfast bar to sit, chat and enjoy a leisurely snack. There is also a smaller table and four chairs in the front lounge.

Kitchen
With the luxury of space, ample work surfaces in granite, quality appliances and equipment, the kitchen offers everything you need to make home cooking and entertainment a pleasure. This kitchen is superbly equipped with every modern convenience, including an American style fridge/freezer and ice machine, a large modern oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, electric kettle, waffle maker and Insta-Pot. There's all the crockery, cutlery, and cookware you could possibly need. There is also a complete 2nd set of stylish, quality plastic crockery and glasses (a necessity for your safety) to use in the pool area.

Laundry Area
Florida Delight has its own washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located on the loft / landing area. There is a cupboard containing additional towels you will need both within the villa and around the pool. Upon your arrival you will also find each bathroom has been made up with clean towels.

Games Room
Florida Delight has a large games room complete with pool table, air hockey and table football, There is also a wall mounted 40“Samsung HD TV. With two raised bar stools and table, there is a welcome spot for having a break from all the excitement and to sit and enjoy a drink or just have fun watching everyone having a great time.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The six-bedroom accommodation comprises two king suites, two queen suites, one twin-bedded room and one room with bunk beds. The king and queen suites have their own private adjoining bathrooms. The twin bedroom and bunk bedroom share a bathroom although access is through their own separate doors. In addition to the air conditioning throughout the villa, the king and queen bedrooms have the luxury of integral ceiling fans/lights.
All the bedding is provided, and the beds are beautifully made up with clean, high quality and stylish linen before you arrive.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable throughout your stay whatever the temperature outside.
Every bathroom has a shower, all of which have been upgraded to quality units with doors, and are equipped with its own hair dryer.
There are also two baths in the villa, found in the two master bathrooms, a must for families with children still too young for a shower.

Master Bedroom (1)
Located at the rear of the villa, completed with a king size bed, with high quality bedding and four pillows, two nightstands and two lamps and a 32” Samsung TV and telephone for free local calls. A stunning walk-in closet provides a vast amount of storage. The ensuite bathroom has the luxury of two wash basins, a bath, a shower cubicle, and a separate toilet.

Master Bedroom (3) - Front
This bedroom enjoys the same style king size double bed as Master Bedroom 1. The bedroom is beautifully completed with high quality bedding and four pillows, two nightstands and two lamps and a 32” Samsung TV. A large wardrobe provides plenty of storage space.
The ensuite bathroom has wash basin and vanity unit with hair dryer, a bath, shower cubicle and separate toilet.

Queen Bedrooms (2) and (4)
Each of the queen bedrooms are furnished with beautiful white furniture. With queen sized beds, two nightstands and two lamps, a 32” Samsung TV and large wardrobes. The queen bedrooms each have their own ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity unit, toilet, and hair dryer.

Twin Bedded Bedroom (5)
A perfect bedroom for adults or children alike, decorated with the same fresh, white furniture as the queen bedrooms. With a 32” Samsung TV, nightstand, and lamp. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity unit with hair dryer and toilet, which it shares with bedroom 6 but each room has its own private access to the bathroom.

Bunk Bedroom (6)
A great room for children with bunk beds, nightstand, lamp and 32” Samsung TV. The lower of the two bunks is in fact a double bed, which enables greater flexibility and options if another bed in required for an adult.
This bedroom shares a bathroom with bedroom 5 but each room has its own private access to the bathroom.

Loft Area/Chill out
The loft was created as a special area to relax on the leather sofa and have fun playing on the PS4 games console with a range of games. This is attached to a 40” Samsung TV.

Additional Children’s Equipment
We have a highchair, stroller, cot and stair gates available upon request for those parties staying with a young child. There is also a safety fence in front of the pool which is always in place upon the arrival of new guests to the villa and is for the safety and protection of children. Guests staying without young children can take the fence down during their stay should they wish to do so. The Club House is a 5-minute walk from the villa and free for any guests to use. It has a large climbing frame/play area for young children.

Management:
The villa has been decorated and furnished throughout to a high standard and quality for your total enjoyment and pleasure. We ensure the high standards are maintained by our excellent local management company, Lynn, Ed and Dave of Homes of America, who are on hand should you need them at all during your stay. An information pack containing all details regarding the housekeeping and general function of the facilities is available for your convenience within the villa and contains the contact details for the Management Company.

Florida Delight is strictly non-smoking throughout (including the pool deck) and we also ask that guests refrain from bringing pets as no animals are allowed in the villa.
