Fresh and Cozy- 2 bedrooms and 2 baths

Condo has been completely renovated with premium laminate and ceramic tile flooring. Master Bath was expanded and new tub/shower as well as new vanity was installed. Complete;y repainted from smooth surface ceilings to baseboards. New ceiling fans and lighting fixtures install through out condo. Kitchen upgraded with stainless steel appliances and new counter tops. Condo is located in a gated community with great green space which includes large swimming pool, tennis courts and playground area. Kitchen is well stocked with and assortment of pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc..

The condo was just as listed. It was in a gated community, very quiet I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with my coffee we enjoyed the pool one evening. The snacks and choice of coffees was a nice surprise

This place was indeed cute, clean and cozy. Little things like a basket of snacks and drinks in the fridge make guests feel welcome. Had a problem and the host came over to resolve it right away. The location is great - lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend this rental.

The condo was very nice & clean! In a great gated community. Very quiet and peaceful. The pool was great to have. We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee! Was a little late getting the check in information, but owner was very apologetic and nice! Would definitely recommend to others and stay again!

Great stay! Everything was clean, comfortable. and well maintained. All the furnishings, linens, and decor were very nice. All the extra amenities (like toiletries, detergent, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, etc.) gave us a convenient, hassle-free experience, better than any other place I've booked. Plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils. We don't drink coffee, but if you do, you will be very pleased with the impressive selection of coffees, creamers, etc. We very much appreciated the snacks, cold sodas, and drinking water. The pool was great too. We travel to this area several times a year and would book this condo again.

The stay was great. Craig was very communicative and the property was everything that was advertised. The neighborhood was quiet and it is in a great location to downtown Charleston, Summerville and the airport.

We had a very pleasant experience staying here It is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood We usually come to the Charleston area for a month to spend time with our daughter and grandsons. Our usual place got sold so we had to find anew place which made us nervous but this place exceeded expectations. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here. Hope to stay here again

The apartment was very nice. Easy to find, close to many restaurants, convenient to Charleston downtown. The only problem was I did not realize there were so many steps to get to the door.The screened in porch was great for coffee and it overlooked a small pond where ducks and geese gathered.

Love to cook and grill out as well as working in yard and drinking cup of good coffee on back porch in the mornings.
