This spacious 2 BR / 2BA end unit offers panoramic views of the El Matador from the fourth floor. The extra windows in this end unit allow for plenty of light and a more open feeling. The east facing balcony provides a shady afternoon haven from which you can relax and enjoy the views. The special entertainment amenities in this unit are great. You can spend a rainy day inside and enjoy your high definition DVD's on one of 3 HD flat screen TV's with expanded HD cable. This unit also has a Blu-Ray player and a HDMI connection for video games. Owner has provided 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella, located in the unit, for your use on the beach. The unit is centrally located so that you can easily get to all the amenities that El Matador has to offer.
El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
