This unit is one of the few units at El Matador that has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the end of Building 3 on the 5th floor, You can see the Gulf from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds with a sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests. Beautifully decorated and well equipped, this unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Very out dated Had a great view of ocean just little small for 8 people

This condo was outdated. This was the condo we were sent to after air conditioner wasn't working properly in our first unit Too small for 8 people We had to take what was available Overall we enjoyed the property. Very nice pool great view from our balcony. This unit only has 1 king 2 very small twin beds. The bedroom could very easily have 2 double beds. This would be great place for no more than 5 people
