The living area provides plenty of seating options with NEW furniture in 2020 and the mattress on the sleeper sofa is the upgraded memory foam. There's even a desk so, if you need to, you can get a little work done. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit so you can quickly share your beach photos with friends. Maravilla is a popular, family-oriented resort with direct access to the beach where you will be provided with complimentary beach service including 2 chairs and an umbrella (seasonal March - October). Maravilla has two pools - one Gulf front and one heated - a whirlpool, work-out room, tennis courts, shuffleboard and a basketball hoop. Plus if want to take a jog or go for a walk, there are miles of walking paths overlooking the beach. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the Miramar Beach and Destin area, some within walking distance (Pompano Joes, Kenny D's). We are also close to an upscale mall and an outlet mall or take the kids to The Track to ride the go-carts and play mini-golf. Maravilla is a gated community with gated entrances from both Hwy 98 or Scenic Gulf Drive so it's easy to venture out.
