The 1150 sq. ft. cottage is 3 bedrooms , one bath, living room, dining room, kitchen and den. The location is perfect for the outdoor enthusiasts , golfers, fishermen, hunters and skiing. Families will love the conveniences close by and a back yard for the children to play in.

2. Douthat State Park
3. Warm Springs Mountain Preserve
4. Lake Moomaw/Bolar Mountain Recreational Area

I love the outdoors and enjoy hiking, kayaking and playing tennis.
Why they chose this property
The cottage is very conveniently located to all the amenities of the town, Hot Springs. It is close to the Homestead Resort , the Jefferson Pools (natural springs), Jackson River which is stocked with trout though out the season and miles of hiking trails. For the skier, the sloops are less than 5 minutes away at the Homestead Resort.
What makes this property unique
Fenced in backyard with fire pit for privacy, convenient to everything and a very nice affordable cottage for your visit to Bath County!!!
