The Space:

A single-story studio at the Spa Villas in La Quinta Resort. Walk out your front door and into Spa La Quinta. With over 700 square feet of living, the sleeping area has a king bed, flat screen TV and a chest of drawers. The living area has a small table, a desk and mini-bar with a microwave and compact refrigerator. The bathroom has a double vanity and separate shower and soaking tub. French doors in the sleeping area open to a private patio which is just steps from a community pool and hot tub. Enjoy southern and western views of the Santa Rosa mountains and the beautifully landscaped grounds of La Quinta Resort, a Waldorf Astoria property. The unit is only a short-walk to the main hotel lobby, conference center, restaurants and shops and it is only steps to the spa. Enjoy a nice discount over hotel rates for this beautiful home and purchase spa services on a fee basis. The property is a privately owned residence and guests staying in the condo do not have access to hotel services. The property can be combined with SV104 (Single Story One Bedroom Villa Next to Spa La Quinta) to create a spacious two bedroom single story unit with two master suites (subject to availability).

The majority of the townhomes are less than a 5 minute walk to the main lobby area. Multiple dining options, a variety of shops and the resort's conference rooms are located near the lobby. The hotel environment provides a secure, serene setting to enjoy a world-class vacation. The community is a short-drive to the Mountain and Dunes Golf Courses, Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's CareerBuilder Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Getting Around:

Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.

Lovely getaway location

I used to work for Hilton and would stay at the resort all the time. Since I have changed jobs I don’t have access to the same room rates so booking privately through VRBO was a great alternative. The room was just like staying at the resort, we will be back!

Perfect location for La Quinta

Was attending La Quinta for a conference and this location was perfectly located for meetings at the La Quinta resort. Room was spacious and provided an excellent space for work and rest. Right across the street from the La Quinta spa and next to small pool. Communications was fast and easy and smooth check in and check out process.

Great “Mini-moon” location!

Poorly equipped, tired decor and filthy air vent. Great location, just needs updates and a better checkin process at night. For great reasons the resort is low light and needs to be considered or check in and check out in the dark. Property manager was available and corrected issues quickly.

Cannot beat La Quinta Resort

Very quiet away from hustle of central resort, but Condo is tired.There was clearly longstanding leaking from one of the faucet handles in the bathroom, not something that could be fixed by a handyman, but would likely require disassembly of entire countertop. Many cracks and stains were evident and several attempts at re-grouting were obvious. Carpet had stains and needs replacement.

Fourth time here

I love the privacy, location, and proximity to the pool, and Spa. The accommodations have not been updated since four years ago when I first stayed here. The following in my opinion need upgrading. New rug, and pillow top is too big for bed, need new duvet insert. Not warm enough.Additional coffee Keurig pods. Place could use a better overall cleaning. All in all, still a nice place to stay
