This guest contacted us upon arrival regarding an issue with her door code. It was resolved immediately providing her access to the unit. The Spa Villa has numerous windows and high ceilings allowing for plenty of natural light inside the unit. The last week of December and the first week of January have the least amount of sunlight in the Coachella Valley due to the shortened day and close proximity to the Santa Rosa mountains. Regarding the condition of the property; the unit is clean, well-stocked, and functional. Our staff works hard to ensure an excellent guest experience and our pricing for specific rental units is based on the age, location, and condition of the interior. A 2-star review is not appropriate for the value and customer service the guest was provided during this stay.

Unfortunately, hosting Sean was not a good experience for our staff. We offered financial compensation and the guest did not feel it was enough. We offered them to depart earlier so we would refund them the nights they didn't stay. They went to the La Quinta Resort Hotel and said they were going to get a room. They responded after we inquired if they were going to depart, but they said the nightly rate at the hotel was too high so they said they would stay with us. We then received a text message at about 6:22pm that they would be departing, that late in the evening we would not be able to get the unit ready for anyone else. Therefore did not offer a refund of that night. We would not host Sean again.
