For the golfer, the clubhouse and first tee of the 27 hole Vila Sol championship course is only a minutes stroll from the apartment. The apartment's large south facing, private gated terrace is perfect for sun bathing and relaxing overlooking the swimming pool and landscaped gardens. Vilamoura, with its many golf courses and marina is only a few minutes drive away. Beaches are also within a few minutes drive and the spectacular Aquashow water park is within a five minute drive.

The Freeston’s Family Holiday 2023

We had a delightful stay at the Villa for our family holiday. Great location for access to the hotel, golf course, and local amenities and attractions. Would highly recommend for a family holiday on the Algarve.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a casa, confortável, bem localizada e sossegada. Os acessos para a praia eram bons e devido à localização podemos explorar outras praias a cerca de 15 mn de distância de carro. O espaço exterior com a piscina e jardim muito bem cuidados. Pontos a melhorar na casa: Não tem canais na televisão, o que não permite ver televisão a não ser youtube ou Netflix. Uma das casas de banho era muito dificil controlar a água quente, porque ou ficava muito quente ou muito fria. Para uma casa de férias recomendo.

Casa fantástica

Casa fantástica, o aldeamento é ótimo, tudo muito limpo, casa junto da piscina, casa muito bem equipada, com tudo o que uma pessoa pode precisar, muito bem mobilidade, quer dentro de casa quer no espaço exterior. Simplesmente fantástica!!! Adoramos.

Amazing outdoor space and spacious well equipped a

My family party of four including my 87 yr old father and 19 yr old daughter have just returned from a lovely stay at this apartment. Deceptively large with three large double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large lounge/diner (fab wifi for my teenager) and large well equipped kitchen with utility room, there was everything and more for a comfortable stay. Unlike many rentals, the kitchen had good quality crockery, cutlery, pots/pans rec, bbq - everything was thought of. The only thing we could suggest to add is more plastic plates/dishes for use outside. Great to have the washing machine and also a large fridge freezer to limit the supermarket runs! We spent most of our time in the outside area which is a fabulously private area for sunbathing, sitting/relaxing and outdoor eating and only a few steps from the large pool. We were really glad to be away from the busy Villamoura marina area but you do need a car. We visited some lovely peaceful local beaches and are in many of the suggested restaurants for an authentic portugese experience. The complex was only about a third occupied so no problems with using the pool/excessive noise, the joys of travelling outside the UK school holidays. Booking process was simple and hassle free too, thanks Mike. All in all this apartment was a real find and made for a really happy holiday.

Lovely apartment with good facilities

Lovely apartment with spacious outside patio area benefitting from being close to the pool area, the Hotel and the very good Villa Sol Golf Course. All as described in the listing and definitely gives the feeling of a home from home. We hired a car to do some exploring but it wasn't a problem to hire a taxi for a night out in the marina when we both fancied a drink. All in all highly recommended

Superb

We stayed here for an early summer/ golf break, 4adults. Superb facilities wonderful location to the pool area, lovely terrace with ample seating area in the sun and shade. Home from home with everything you should require provided included super wifi and british tv and films. Very well positioned for the hotel and golf club on site we ate a very nice lunch there one day, also Oscars the onsite bar is also great for an evening out. We had a car so went to the marina etc and done some exploring of the area it was all great and in the apartment is a very handy and honest listing of some local restuarants. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment for all ages and will be returning again very soon we hope !

Lovely Spacious apartment

We had a great stay at this lovely apartment, great for families and the location of the apartment overlooking the pool was great for the kids, we could relax on the lovely (well furnished) spacious terrace whilst the kids were having fun in the pool. We didn't have a car but this wasn't an issue as it was easy enough to get a taxi to the marina and there were a number of restaurants within walking distance from the apartment which were really nice. We will definitely be booking our hol at this apartment again next year.

This is an exceptional apartment and outside patio space benefitting from being close to the pool area, the Hotel and the golf club bar. Everything was as described in the listing, if you are looking for a peacefully and relaxing holiday then this is the place. A car is essential.

fabulous apartment!

This is a fabulous place to stay, right on the poolside and allowed my two girls to have space to play. We loved the patio and terrace furniture, plenty of space to relax once children in bed. Everything we needed was to hand and the Internet and UK films an added bonus, although weather was so nice we didn't make too much use of it. A car is recommended for supermarkets etc. We love Vila sol and can totally recommend for families.

Home from Home!!

We have stayed in this apartment four years in a row, just fab! It is really home from home, everything you need, furnished to highest standards. Gorgeous south facing terrace looking over the pool. My two young children just love running in and out of the pool from early morning to late evening, very safe, very relaxing, and weather great!! Car recommended but definately the place to stay!!

Superb Apartment

We stayed for nine days with our two teenage sons, the apartment has everything we needed, and is also in the perfect position in relation to the pool. If we'd had a choice of all, we would have picked this one. This is a great apartment. Apartment is spacious, ie good size living room, kitchen, hallway. The three bedrooms are well proportioned, 2 shower rooms, plus another wc. Good furniture, well equipped kitchen. We cooked a few times in evenings. TV has British programmes! + any film you want. There is air conditioning throughout. The outdoor terrace facing the pool is really spacious, great for using during the day, and for evenings. The furniture on the terrace is good quality & at least 6 sun loungers. Adequate car parking in street, and underground car parking if you wish. Very close to the hotel reception & all the hotel facilities ie golf, tennis, padel court. Five Stars!

Family holiday

Once again stayed in this well maintained villa, which is convientantly located being within easy reach of the airport and only a short drive to Villamora marina. The villa is by far in the best location on the complex, the pool is just a few steps from the terrace. Everything was as described and we would recommend it to families looking for a peacefully and relaxing holiday
