This property is a 6-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes by car from Albufeira Center. Just 500 meters from Maria Luísa Beach, this resort features 6 outdoor swimming pools and a 9-hole golf course. There are 2 restaurants.
The Balaia Golf Village wellness center is equipped with a hot tub, Turkish bath and a heated indoor swimming pool. You can also enjoy massage treatments and aroma and hydrotherapy sessions.
All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a seating area with sofas. They also have a balcony or a terrace.
Guests can rent one of Balaia's 4 tennis courts or rent a bicycle to explore Albufeira. Younger guests will certainly enjoy the playground or the activities of the kids club.
International cuisine is served in the main restaurant. The golf club restaurant and 2 bars next to the pool offer light meals and snacks. If you want to prepare your own meals, you can go to the Balaia Golf Village supermarket.

Perfect for families

This villa was pristine and great layout. Plenary of space and lovely garden area for sitting out. The variety of restaurants and pools make it very easy to not have to leave the resort. Staff are super friendly and kids had a ball!

Albufeira Algarve Holiday

If I could give this vacation rental more stars I would!Great location close enough to Albufeira to access everything the city offers but just far enough away to enjoy the peaceful environment at the golf resort. We did rent a car and travelled to Sagres and Faro easily along the well-marked roads. The pools and the nearby beach were relaxing and uncrowded.On-site staff at reception and in the restaurants were very accommodating. The golf course is a 9 hole par 3 and was just right for a fun family game.The apartment was very well stocked and was beautifully renovated and fresh. We appreciated all of the modern appliances and decor! Our host was responsive and informative and had a great instruction guide describing how to use the appliances in many languages! We look forward to visiting the Algarve and Balaia Golf Village again in the future!

perfect winter get-away

beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath villa in lovely golf resort, outdoor patios with luxury, comfy furniture. Well stocked kitchen for dinners. We stayed a month in February. We did not need a car as resturants and beaches walkable from resort. Ubers cheap and very assessible for longer trips. The area of Alburfiera had plenty of local tours and buses that kept us exploring, busy and entertained everyday. The resort is beautiful with restaurant , golf, tennis, pool and reception staff that went above and beyond offering helpful information. Nicole was the best host we have ever had for VRBO. She was quickly available and interested in our every comfort. We quickly became friends. I highly recommend Nicole's property. It was the best winter escape area and property we have found.

Well maintained apartment in a large complex with lots of amenities. Lovely pool areas and cafes. Great spa although a little small. Even though full the resort was very peaceful. Good location - short walk to beaches and more restaurants. Short drive to main towns and lots going on in the area. Very helpful and responsive owners. Highly recommended.

Dieses herrliche Domizil hat mehr als 5 Sterne verdient! Wir waren überwältigt von den Räumlichkeiten, der Lage und dem Umfeld in der herrlichen alt gewachsenen Anlage unter Pinien inmitten einer bezaubernden, gepflegten Grünanlage! Erholung pur! Das Mobiliar wurde von der überaus netten Vermieterin nahezu komplett neu angeschafft und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt und der Kontakt mit Ihr war unkompliziert, schnell und sehr persönlich! Wer einen unvergesslichen Urlaub an der Algarve haben möchte in einem bezaubernden, großzügigen Ambiente, der ist hier genau richtig! Ich kann nur sagen, ... wir kommen wieder ... !!!
