Surrounded by lush greenery and a breathtaking view over the Adriatic, this villa is the perfect choice for a luxury holiday to Croatia and the high position of the villa offers you true tranquility.
The villa is decorated in a comfortably traditional style that comes together to create a warm, homely feel. On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen, dining room and living room space all in a large, open space that opens onto the terrace. The living room has comfortable sofas and a television as well as a desk, should you need it. The kitchen is a traditional wooden kitchen that comes with all you should require during your stay to make home cooked meals.
There are 4 double bedrooms in the villa as well as a pull out sofa in the attic room, making Villa Mir Vamicomfortably fit 10 guests (ideal for 8 adults and 2 children). The bedrooms follow the same furnishing style as the rest of the villa with warm wooden furniture and comfortable beds. In all the rooms there is ample space for storage and relaxing in your own space. There are 4 modern bathrooms within the villa, 3 of which come with bath or shower. In one of the bathrooms there is also a washing machine so you can truly feel at home and all the assets that come with it.
Through the living room you can walk out onto the large, open terrace where you will find a swimming pool and sunbathing space. There is also a large, shaded dining space with outdoor BBQ so you can cook and eat al fresco, soaking in the peaceful Croatian surroundings. There is further seating space to the side of the terrace.
The villa is located a short distance from the sea, which you will be able to walk to from the front of your villa. Villa Mir Vamiis ideally located near the Sumartin port on Brac Island, where you will also find bars, shops and traditional Croatian restaurants that benefit from freshly caught and prepared fish dishes. You are surrounded by greenery during your stay in this villa and you will find an abundance of hiking and biking opportunities.
The port of Sumartin is the perfect base for day trips to other Croatian locations. Makarska is a short distance from Brac and the island of Hvar can be found to the south. You will be challenged to find a villa that is as ideally located as Villa Mir Vami, book now and enjoy!

We had great vacation in Sumartin and Tonći’s house was a perfect place to stay. It is clean and has everything you need for short and long stays. Location is perfect, nice views from the house and lots of shade to spend time outside.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Both the villa, location and the easily available support during our stay. Much have been better than expected. Close to a small beach, possibility to just cross the street and jump in the ocean, close to a small supermarket, quite a few restaurants to choose from, parking nearby and fantastic outdoor/pool area.

The whole area was spacious and clean, the equipment in the kitchen and everywhere was totally sufficient, we had a nice barbecue and also the pool area was very clean and invited for some relaxing hours. The location is great, free parking and the city is very small to explore by foot. Mrs. Angela was our host and super friendly and relaxed about everything. We had an amazing stay, a louder party was no problem because neighbours are not that close and us 10 people really enjoyed our time in the beautiful villa! :)

A Truly Excellent Holiday – We’ll Be Back!Our host Angela was incredibly welcoming—she showed us around the villa and treated us like family. She also gave us great local recommendations that really enhanced our stay.The villa and pool were exactly as described: spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were four large bedrooms, each with a generously sized bathroom. The pool and surrounding area were fantastic, with excellent outdoor seating and plenty of shaded spots to relax throughout the day.One of the highlights was the villa’s proximity to the sea. The nearest bathing spot, just a one-minute walk away, was popular with locals and perfect for a quick dip. The village itself was peaceful and charming, with a superb bakery, a small but well-stocked supermarket, several restaurants, and a gelato shop. There were also several excellent swimming spots nearby.We used a car to explore the larger towns in the area, but everything we needed was right on our doorstep. We’ll definitely be returning—this was a truly excellent holiday.

Great place for island experience with authentic touch

The location of the Villa is great - you have sea near you, a nice bakery and also a few restaurants. However, be aware that supermarket in the near works only till 21 (hosts also warn about that) and for nice meat for BBQ you would need to travel to the other nearest city (3km away). The super advantage of the villa was that every bedroom had its bathroom. Also the veranda area with the table was very cosy and inviting. Host Angela was very friendly and super nice.

Beautiful villa in Sumartin - Highly recommend this immaculately presented villa in the village of Sumartin. Very clean and lots of outside space to rest and relax, we especially enjoyed the bbq and covered terrace areas. We would definitely return.

Awsome house!! What a week!

Awsome house!! What a week! The house has been absolutely perfect, really suited us as was a larger party. With bathrooms in all bedrooms, cozy patio, pool, close to the sea, swimming and the nice little village located just below. The village in turn had some restaurants, one of which we were very pleased with, the restaurant on the pier! We had a great dinner last night, the wait staff was very nice & reminded us that we were happy. We also rented a car this week, which is recommended if you want to go to the Bol & the larger beaches as well as to visit larger supermarkets as there was not a huge selection in the store at the house. Angela has been an absolutely amazing hosekeeper who made sure we had a good time this time! Everything has been very smooth! We are more than happy after this week and are already planning on coming back next year.
