Excellent Location

Property is well presented with an owner always prepared to help. The location is close to local restaurants and near to beach through a back route.

Great apartment with everything you require, plenty of space and lovely balcony area. We enjoyed a fabulous 2 weeks here. Owner and manager always on hand if any queries. Definitely recommend

Excellent apartment and location

Stayed here for 3 weeks apartment was spacious and clean . Host was always on hand and responded quickly to an issues ( toaster broke and was quickly replaced). Would definitely recommend these apartments

Alway stay here when visiting Goa. Lovely apartment set in grounds with 3 swimming pools, and gardens. The location, very central. The apartment it self has everything you need for a perfect holiday including WiFi.

We had a fantastic stay over the Christmas period

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment over Christmas. The facilities were the best we have had in any apartment that we have rented in Goa, especially the washing machine when travelling with children. The cleaners were also very good and through and the management team could not have been more helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment and may even book again for ourselves, children permitting!!

Regal Park

This apartment is in a great location. It is well equipped with everything on hand to meet our needs. Regal Park and surrounding gardens are extremely well kept to a very high standard. The swimming pools are immacualte and cleaned often throughout the day. Girish was very helpful and nothing was too much bother for him. Thank you so much for making it a wonderful holiday. I hope to return again same time next season.

Great location, lovely place & facilities, clean

We really enjoyed our stay it was perfect for us with a young child. All facilities were clean and they were well provided throughout. Location was great with short walk or easy taxi drive to beach, shops, restaurants and so on. The owners were really helpful and we felt very at home. Other residents were very nice and pleasant. The local people are amazing. Great place we will definitely return. Thanks

quiet oasis of calm

We had a lovely relaxing holiday in Goa. We love the complex with the choice of pools and the beautiful well kept gardens. The apartments are in an excellent location for either the beach or eating out, which is plentiful. Good to have the extra bathroom as we travelled with friends. The property manager was really helpful and organised our airport pick up, which went very smoothly

LOVE THE FACT THAT IT HAS 2 BATHROOMS, VERY SPACIOUS, HAVE STAYED IN THE APARTMENT MANY TIMES , NOT HAD ANY REAL ISSUES BUT IF THINGS DO GO WRONG THEY ARE ALWAYS SORTED. Regal Park apartment

The apartment is in a lovely location, within easy reach of the beach and restaurants. The complex itself is very well maintained with 24/7 security. We have stayed here many times. The only downside is no wifi.

We are regular visitors to Goa as it is our favourite holiday destination. We have furnished this apartment to good standard to facilitate our stay. We would like to rent it out only for some part of the year to recover the ongoing costs of maintenance. We would like to rent out to only good families and couples, who handle the property and contents well, as they would handle their own and leave it in clean condition as it was handed over to them.

Why they chose this property

Goa is one of the best holiday destinations in the world offering world class family tourism. The beaches are very clean, safe and people of Goa are very friendly, good natured and offer warm hospitality to people from all cultures and backgrounds.

What makes this property unique

The complex is calm, serene, whisper quiet and at the same time just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of shopping and restaurant areas. The world class beaches are few minutes walk from the property, what else can one desire in life?
