I purchased this condo in 2011 and spent 9 months remodeling it and adding a pool. In 2012 I named it "A Place In The Sun" after the classic 1950's movie staring Liz Taylor. A 4' x 4' original art piece hangs in the Dining Room in her honor. I have lived in the Southern California area for a large portion of my live, with extended stays in Paris, New York, Hawaii and Australia. My travels have influenced the decor and art through the condo. Presently, I live in the Palm Spring area full time which allows me to oversee the condo and accommodate guests needs quickly.

Why they chose this property

Greenhouse West is a beautiful lush complex located just a few blocks from downtown Palm Springs. The complex offers spectacular views from the common area while maintaining a desertscape interior. The revitalized Downtown Palm Springs is just minutes away and the new Spa Casino makes this property the right choice for me and my guests. Numerous new restaurants and shopping venues are within a short walk or bike ride from the condo.

What makes this property unique

Location and privacy are among many benefits. But, most importantly the PRIVATE POOL is the highlight. The condo is located on a corner with plenty of parking and is the only unit available for rental in the Greenhouse West Complex with its own pool. The location includes private parking with direct access to the patio. There are two sitting/dining areas and a fire feature located on the patio. Greenhouse West is located across the street from the famous Movie Colony, a great area for long walks with spectacular mountain views. 'A Place In The Sun " is a great place for a private romantic getaway!
