Peaceful Location, huge villa, beautifully renovated. 5 Minute Walk to Bellaluz, 15 minutes to golf, tennis, padel, bars and restaurants.

This luxury villa is situated in an elevated position at the top of La Manga Club at a sought after spot where you will enjoy a relaxed holiday with views over the Mar Menor and the beautiful hills and golf courses on your doorstep. Child-friendly with and quiet roadside, stair-gates fitted top & bottom, 2 travel cots, 2 highchairs, car seat & plenty space for everyone.

The villa is only few minutes walk from a selection of restaurants, shops & bars at Bellaluz and, Los Molinos and a few steps further to the rest of the club. Given our location at Las Terrazas de Montemares you can be sure there is something for every holidaymaker, with guaranteed luxury when staying here. There is ample accommodation throughout.

The villa comfortably sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms spread over 3 floors, and was renovated to a high standard with new Villeroy and Bosch bathrooms. The property gives ample space for all guests and is a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday in the award-winning La Manga Club resort. The bigger pool is perfect for laps if you prefer or playing in with friends and family there is a child’s pool also next to it.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please remove all rubbish from the kitchen bins. There are two bins by the corner of Calle Calebeza near the Las Palmitas road. Glass bottles can be recyled by El Dia Supermarket
Please turn off all air conditioning.
Please lock the glass doors on the bottom floor and also on the balcony on top floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Swimming Pool Hours are strictly 9am to 9pm. For safety and cleanliness, no glass or food by the pool. Supervise children at all times by the pool.
Groups of friends are permitted to book and enjoy a responsible stay, but no stag or hen parties permitted at the property.
Drying facilities provided in the villa to be used for towels and clothes (please do not hang over the balconies).

Wonderful place for a family holiday!

We loved the villa! It was spacious and fully-equipped. The pool was excellent and so easy to access. We used the hire cars daily to access beaches and nearby towns. Cartegena was a highlight,and Cabo de Palos.

The property was excellent. Split over 3 levels with kitchen/lounge/balcony on top floor, 3 bedrooms on middle floor and 2 bedrooms and a play room on bottom floor. House is built on a hillside. You enter via the front door on the top level (the house looks like a bungalow from the street) and you access the pool via the playroom on the lower floor. Pool is communal but we were there in peak season and we had the pool virtually to ourselves. Everything you need is on the La Manga site - decent sized supermarket, bars, cafes, ice creams and restaurants. The views from some vantage points on the site are spectacular. We had the best time.

We have had a lovely week at the villa with our family and friends. 9 of us in total and plenty of space for all of us. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could require. Very clean and modern, it looked recently decorated. The pool was brilliant and always quiet/empty. We did have a car, but found the location walkable to and from the restaurants in the evenings. Some of us that are used to soft mattresses at home found the mattresses hard, and we thought that the stairs would benefit from more tape on the corner steps as they were a little hazardous. But we loved the villa and would highly recommend it, thank you.

Second time using the property and it’s perfect for a group. Each bedroom is spacious with large balconies for relaxing together. Lovely pool which we had to ourselves. We were a party of eight and will be staying again.

Nice house for a big family group

The rooms and bathrooms are excellent. The garden and the swimming pool were source of great fun and joy. The supermarket nearby is closed for good and the golf courses not in walking distance so a hire car would have been good.

Yes indeed La Manga is very expansive, one of the many great things about the resort, and a car will be useful for some, especially those coming to play on the various onsite courses and with golf clubs to transport, or the less mobile. Otherwise, the villa is well located for a good walk to local amenities and to the centre. It is unfortunate that the little supermarket at Bellaluz has been affected by recent challenging times and is now closed but thankfully the bigger one on the club is still open. One of the best in LMC

Our stay at this property was excellent. The villa is large and has a great lay out across three floors. The view from the top floor is amazing and the walk out lower level to the pool was an added bonus! We also loved the location in La Manga Club as it was closer to the beach and definitely benefited from cooler temps and more breeze! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Perfect !

Our stay here could not have been better. Top class accommodation with everything you need. We were there to play a golf tournament at La Manga Golf Club and the property is perfectly situated for this too. The owner is extremely helpful and made sure that we had everything we needed. Excellent Rental

We stayed for a week having booked at pretty much the last minute. Given the short notice the communication was excellent and gave us confidence that we had made the right decision. The house itself is in an good location, clean, well looked after and with a shared pool that was never busy. In addition, one of our party left an item of value behind, and we were contacted immediately with a plan to safely return the item - great service from the owner and local manager.

Fantastic spacious villa - perfect for families

Brilliant villa, with plenty of space for large groups, across multiple terraces & indoor communal areas. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and just steps from the pool. It was ideal for our entire family, from small children to adults. Walkable to everything, but we also managed to get taxis within the resort, when going out for dinner etc. Carol was excellent to deal with, brilliant communication (over 2 years - due to Covid delays!) & so many useful details provided. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Stayed Mid July 2025, 6 adults and 2 teens. The property is over 3 floors and is very well appointed. The villa has excellent Wifi and air-con!The villa is modern, clean, airy and spacious. Entry is from the street leading into a well stocked, large kitchen area with dining table, leading to two open lounge areas with TV - Patio with another dining area which seats the whole family comfortably. There is also a gas BBQ to this patio.Down stairs to the middle floor is 3 double bedrooms, which again are well equipped, and leading to balconies with additional seating. Two of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms with twin sink basins, and powerful showers. There is a separate bathroom which is close to the third bedroom.On the ground floor is another lounge area, with a further two bedrooms and additional bathroom. There is also a laundry room here with washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge on the lower ground level has patio doors which lead to the shared pool area.The villa (and the whole of the area) feels safe and secure. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained around the area.Locally, there are very good restaurants and bars which are around a 20 minute walk.The villa is extremely well equipped, with plenty of cutlery, plates, towels (including pool towels).Despite there being 8 of us, there was so much room, everyone had their own space.Communications from the host were brilliant from the moment of booking, Had an excellent stay - Thankyou

Return visit

This was our second stay at the property and it was just as good as we remember. We have stayed at La Manga Club numerous times and always enjoy our time there. It was quieter than normal due to travel restrictions etc but once we arrived it felt very normal. The shared pool is excellent and most of the time we would have the pool to ourselves. Dinner on the balcony with the excellent views is also a great way to spend the evening. Carol is great to deal with and very responsive with any questions. Highly recommended and we will no doubt be back in the future.

Beautiful large villa

A large villa in a quiet part of La Manga. The pool was big and the kids thoroughly enjoyed making new friends. The accommodation was spacious and worked really well with the different sun terraces. We had a fantastic holiday here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay on the club.
