Minutes to all outdoor activities, great restaurants, shopping , and etc. and all of this is west of route 41 making navigation ideal.
A tropical setting is beautiful with walkways throughout the complex with several grills for your added convenience. the view from the lanai is lovely and peaceful. Philharmonics is close by as well as entertainment and a zoo. Condo is a 2 bedroom (one queen bed and 2 twin beds,)two bath with large lanai, 2 t.v.s, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped kitchen, pull out sofa for additional sleeping.

Excellent property, in an excellent location

This property is a great place to spend time while in Naples. The pool is heated, so the kids were able to enjoy it even in cooler weather. The on-site restaurant is excellent, and it’s very close to beaches and shopping. Would stay again!

Gary and I live in Salem, Ma and we have been coming to Naples for years. I am retired but Gary is a ReMax Broker that works too hard. We try to get to Naples at least 3 to 4 weeks every year. There are many friends who have gravitated from our area to Naples Florida . Gary loves to golf as much as possible and can help you with choosing a good course.

Why they chose this property

We feel it is a perfect location with a tropical setting that cannot be beat. We have a restaurant on the premises and you could come down and not need to rent a car if you chose to stay local as everything you need is walking distance.

What makes this property unique

There are several grills with tables if you choose to have a picnic. We have tennis courts, pickle ball, volley ball and a hoop for basketball not counting a fitness area. for your convenience there are two computers in the lobby. Pool towels are also available for your use daily plus daily coffee in the lobby.
