Apartment located 2.5 km from Saint Florent, on the ground floor and composed of a large kitchen-living-dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom-wc, loggia and outdoor wooden terrace directly overlooking the garden. Outside: private parking, private garden with garden furniture, chairs, outdoor shower.
During the winter months, the house is heated. The excellent location of the house allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the Desert des Agriatès and the Cap Corse.

KITCHEN: fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, 6kg washing machine, crockery and cutlery for 6 seats.
BATHROOM: sink, shower, toilet, and a heated towel rail.
DOUBLE ROOM is equipped with wardrobe and bedside tables, with a 140x190 bed and a built-in wardrobe. 50CM LCD flat screen TV.
OUTDOOR COVERED LOGGIA: 1 table with chairs and buffet furniture.
SALON DE JARDIN: Wooden terrace, 2 deck chairs, parasol.

Bel appartement

Bien situé pour visiter le Cap Corse et St Florent. Patrimonio est un charmant petit village, très calme et en retrait de St Florent où il y a beaucoup trop de monde en été. Seul bémol, le lotissement où l'appartement est situé est mal entretenu. Heureusement l'appartement est très cosi et fonctionnel.

L'appartamento è fornito di tutto ma veramente tutto il necessario, è molto carino in stile shabby tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Letto matrimoniale alla francese quindi un pochino piccolo ma comodo.

Petit logement pratique

Logement propre et bien équipé. Un peu petit toutefois pour 4 car le canapé-lit encombre fortement l’espace principal. Environnement calme.

Location agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Petite location parfaite avec la climatisation et qui permet notamment d’accéder à pied au site du festival Les Nuits de la Guitare fin Juillet.

Agréable séjour à patrimonio

Très bon séjour à patrimonio dans cette maisonnette au calme et très bien équipée. Accueil à l'heure et facile avec l'agence de gérance. Propre et climatisé, le parking est facile et la situation idéale pour les visites entre cap corse et balagne.

Location au calme et très bien située

Location au calme et très bien située, à pied pour se rendre à Patrimonio, en voiture pour se rendre à Saint Florent et accès aisé pour aller sur le CAP Corse par l'Ouest, à Bastia par le Col de Theghime ou encore vers l'Ile Rousse par le Désert des Agriates. Aménagement presque parfait, bien qu'il y ait un ventillateur mobile il manque la climatisation.

Casa molto curata e accogliente e pulitissima. Sembra di essere a casa propria, c'è tutto, è una casa viva e piena di bella energia. Patrimonio è un posto raro, bellissimo, ci sono passeggiate splendide proprio dietro la casa e il mare sia verso nord che verso sud è impareggiabile. Consigliatissimo
