La Serenata is a luxurious development inside the gates of the exclusive Punta Mita master plan that includes 6 villas on the 7th fairway of a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course with views of Banderas Bay. Serenata 3 is freestanding on a large individual lot and has its own heated pool and jacuzzi with beautiful golf course views throughout. This 4-bedroom villa provides ample space and the serenity that one is looking for during a well-deserved vacation. Take advantage of the terrific year-round beach weather with true indoor/outdoor living as the walls of the spacious living area disappear and reveal the private heated pool and Jacuzzi.

This rental includes a 6 seater golf cart, the most popular and most efficient method of transport in the Punta Mita resort.

Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes Premier Membership Golf, 6 seat golf cart and your personal concierge! Additional Golf carts can be hired at additional cost if required.

If guests wish to use the golf cart provided with this rental, they will need to pay an onsite security deposit of $2,000 USD (which is 100% refundable assuming no damage)
Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.

Excellent Family Property

My family has just returned from a long weekend stay at Villa Seranata 3 and we had an excellent stay in Punta Mita. The 4 bedroom home was spacious and comfortable for our group of 8 with all the luxurious amenities that you could ask for. We enjoyed the beach clubs during the days and the pool at the house in the afternoons. The management company met all of our needs and provided great service from arranging our transportation, in-house chef, grocery shopping and other requests. My family looks forward to returning to Villa Serenata 3 in the near future!

Spacious, comfortable private 4 bedroom home with pool

The house was actually more spacious than expected. Very well layed out for multiple guests. Each room very private with its own bathroom. Clean and well cared for. Hot tub never heated up past 80 degrees though. We can deal directly with vrbo regarding that. Chef/housekeeper made excellent breakfasts. Bunk room is perfect for 4 grown kids.

Fun Family Trip But Some Maintenance Needed

My family had a blast staying at this house! The location is easy to get around the peninsula in the golf cart, and our maid cooked us a really great breakfast each morning. The unit is ideal size for our family and was kept clean. The rooms are large and bathrooms nice. The furnishings are fine. However, some maintenance needs to be done. We had the pool entirely drain while we were there, and our own pool was a large reason we rented the house. The property management company did a good job resolving this the next day and even brought a water truck to fill the pool quickly. But then the water started going out in the entire house frequently and maintenance tried to repair. The property manager tried to help, but it just kept going out (no water at all, no sinks, no showers). There was also something in the laundry room that was very loud and would wake us up at night, we think also related to the water. Some money should be spent fixing these issues!

Apologies for the inconvenience you experienced and thank you for your patience. Unfortunately occasionally there are unforeseen maintenance issues, the pool filter valve failed and drained the pool and you were not able to use the pool for one day. Fortunately we managed to deliver 2 truck loads of water and refill the pool quickly. The other water issue in the villa (linked to the noise you heard in the laundry room) which lead to you not having water for several hours was the water pump system for the villa. This system has now been replaced with a new quiet water pump system. We would like to offer you a FREE 3 day stay anytime within the next year with exception of Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving and Easter weeks to make up for your complications during your stay. Thanks again for your feedback and we hope to host you again in sunny Punta Mita. Our goal is to always have a satisfied customer and positive experiences during their stay. Loved it so much we hope to visit annually

I couldn’t say enough good things about this experience. We came to celebrate my sister. She was looking for a brief getaway and needed some serious relaxation before her wedding.This rental and Vallarta Rentals far exceeded my expectations. The concierge (Jo & Majo) were attentive, kind and efficient. We had an attendee delay her arrival by 24hrs and they were able to secure her a safe/private ride from the airport to the rental day of her arrival. Our house keeper and cook (Olga) was sweet as can be, proficient at maintaining our space and absolutely nailed the breakfasts we requested. We added additional services: grocery shopping before hand and a Private Chef Dinner. It was a killer girl squad, chef & waitress (blanking on their names), and the food was superb, service was professional and fun at the same time and the authentic fresh tortillas and strong margs were out of this world. Suggestions: The bunk room top beds only had a fitted and top sheet… no comforter or pillows. We attempted to look for them, but were not successful. Also, the bedroom pillows were flat and firm. Could be more direct & transparent about fees and taxes (it’s in fine print at the end of contract). After VRBO is paid/contract signed (16% Tax & 3% Service Fee), there are 15% service fee, 16% tax rate and 5% credit card fee accessed for the additional services. Overall, not something that would stop us from choosing to use them… We all agreed it was worth the expense. THANK YOU!!
