The villa sleeps 6 people and is situated on the exclusive country club, St Tropez golf and country club. There are tennis courts a large communal pool, gym and club house with an excellent restaurant. The golf course is only available to those who stay at the country club and has an 18 hole course with far reaching views across to St Tropez. The villa is situated on a secure domain with 24 hour security. The villa has a large garden with a private pool, with the added bonus of being private and not overlooked. We have converted the garage which is approx 10 metres from the house, on the drive way and has a large play area with a table football and extra lounge area with a TV and DVD player.

Toller Aufenthalt in schönem typisch südfranzösischem Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unserer Familie in dem Haus, an dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Es ist typisch südfranzösisch und hell eingerichtet. Für 6 Personen oder 4 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern ideal. Die Lage in Gassin super! Das Haus liegt in einer Anlage, direkt beim Golfclub und ist sehr schön und super gepflegt. Das Sicherheitsteam zur Überwachung der Gated Community gibt einem ein sehr gutes Gefühl. Jederzeit wieder! 😊 Und vielen Dank an Mark!

The house was not good value for money. House was not clean on arrival. No towels.

The house was little worse for wear. Kitchen falling apart. Lots of the owners stuff laying around in house and garden. No towels in bathrooms on arrival. Kitchen had a smell. Cigarette butts by the front door. Garden and pool in good order. Wife was terrible and good enough for house of high rent. Location very good. We dealt with owners agent. He told me I was too picky with my complaints. Kitchen needs some love. Food left in fridge.

As discussed the house keeper did miss a few areas and I can only apologies and she sorted the problems immediately, in terms of the kitchen a cupboard door needed refitting which again was done immediately, this is a family home so of course there is some personal belongings, we spend 3 months of the year at the house and constantly updating the property, even though it is under 10 yrs old, in all are10yrs of renting it we have never had a complaint, I can only apologies again, mark

We are a family with 2 young boys. We bought the property 10 years ago and have had many enjoyable holidays there. There is so much to do and see and the villa is 5 minutes from St Tropez on a quiet domain with 24 hour security. We spent 1 year furnishing the property and have had great success every year with people renting the villa and having a fantastic time. We love it!

Why they chose this property

We bought the property there as there is so much to see and do in this area. The country club is very quiet and relaxing but then there are the activities of the beach bars,restaurants and nightclubs 5 minutes away! The golf course is one of the best in France.

After having a bad experience many years ago with renting a property in France that was of a poor standard, we make it our priority that you have a holiday that your family will remember and make sure the villa is always a very high standard.

What makes this property unique

The property is situated on an exclusive country club with many sporting activities, only people staying on the domain have access to the tennis and golf club.
