From this beautiful and cosy studio you will be able to enjoy one of the best views of the city. Its capacity is for 2 people.

It has a garden with its respective furniture, fenced plot, terrace, private pool and covered parking in the same building.

The studio has internet access (wifi), air conditioning only in the living room and Sat-TV.

The American kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer.

According to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from 1 June to 15 October. (Although the barbecue available in the house is gas-powered)

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Het was een heerlijk huis, perfect voor 2 personen. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. En paar tips voor de eigenaarDe balustrade was vuil, het is netter als dat schoon gemaakt word. Ik was het zwembad en beetje smoetzig, dit was jammer. Al met al vonden wij dat er beter schoon gemaakt had kunnen worden voordat we kwamen.De mobile airco werkte niet goed en in Nederland beschouwen wij de bakplaat niet als een bbq. Maar buiten deze tips is het een heerlijk huis! Prachtig plek, prachtige tuin en fijne ambiance.

Süßes Häuschen auf dem Berg

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber, gemütlich und für 2 Personen perfekt. Wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet (was das Mobiliar oder die Größe des Bades angeht), ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und der Pool das Highlight des Häuschens. Möchte man zu Fuß viel unternehmen, ist man hier allerdings falsch - es sei denn, dass 3 km Fußmarsch bei einer gefühlten Steigung von 40% kein Problem sind -) Wir waren mit dem Wagen dort und fanden es traumhaft! Vielleicht könnte auf Kurz oder Lang über eine neue Couch nachgedacht werden und vielleicht komfortablere Gartenmöbel auf der überdachten Terrasse- aber alles in allem ist es sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Prima Urlaub mit Abstrichen

An und für sich eine tolle Unterkunft, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, zu viele anstehende kleine Reparaturen, nicht besonders gut ausgestattet was Geschirr und Zubehör für die Küche betrifft. Es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, demnach sollte der Preis angepasst werden. Die Lage und Sauberkeit sind unübertroffen, ist man jedoch eine Woche vor Ort, findet man nicht mal einen Staubsauger, um Haare und sonstiges zu entfernen. Alles in Allem aber ein schöner Urlaub, Danke

Kleines Haus, super Pool

Uns hat es sehr gefallen, man merkt nur, dass der Vermieter lange nix gemacht hat. Elektrogeräte einwandfrei. Achtung: Den tollen Meerblick kann man nicht genießen, weil die Oleanderhecke mindestens 1 Meter hoch gewundert ist. Absolut ruhig gelegen, Pool und Terasse nicht einsehbar,.
