About this property
Quirky Georgian Townhouse in the heart of old Bath (sleeps up to 10)
The Paragon is a delightfully quirky 4 bedroom Georgian Townhouse in the bustling centre of historic Bath. As one of our delighted guests exclaimed recently: 'It is like a Landmark Trust property - but more beautiful.'
This remarkable home has been given a special Gold award for 'exceptional quality of accommodation and customer service' by Visit England.
Ideal for families, friends and groups, The Paragon is a favourite for family re-unions, special celebrations, anniversaries - and hen parties!
This unique property comfortably sleeps up to 10 persons in 4 double bedrooms (with a choice of twins or doubles in three of the rooms). Dining is for up to 10. Like most original Townhouses in Bath, the property is arranged over 6 floors and whilst this gives everyone extra privacy it does mean there can be lots of stairs - depending on where your bedroom is sited.
The Paragon combines refined Georgian elegance with modern luxury and as well of lots of original features includes free wifi / broadband, iPod dock and 2 TVs.
The Paragon offers you privacy, exclusivity and independence during your stay in this uber city of fashion, pleasure and partying.

About the host
Hosted by David Libby

I've loved Bath ever since I moved here with my wife nearly 20 years ago - and hope you will enjoy your stay in this wonderful city just as much. We very much look forward to your arrival.
Why they chose this property
The Paragon Townhouse is an original Georgian Townhouse in the heart of the World Heritage site that is Bath. We've worked hard to strike the perfect balance between quirky and stylish and one of our guests recently described The Paragon as like a 'Landmark Trust property but more beautiful'.
What makes this property unique
The Paragon Townhouse is in an ideal location with all the major sites and restaurants in walking distance. It is close to everything that this amazing city has to offer - including history, culture, great taste, amazing architecture and an endless stream of wonderful things to do. Everybody loves the ancient steps that go underneath the house down to Walcot Street and the artisan area of Bath.
Jane Austen used to live next door. Lots of artists have chosen to draw, paint and photograph the property.
