This luxurious, detached premium chalet for a maximum of 12 people is located on a sunny slope in the heart of Mühlbach am Hochkönig in Salzburgerland and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The chalet offers 4 large bedrooms (3 with private bathrooms), 2 of the 4 bedrooms have an extra stacking bed, a fourth bathroom, a modern, spacious living room, an open, fully equipped kitchen and a private wellness area with sauna and shower. There are thermostats in the living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms that allow you to set the desired temperature of the underfloor heating. This chalet also has a double garage and a large garden.

Against the backdrop of the Hochkönig, 34 lifts, 120 km of slopes and countless ski huts invite you to ski between the three towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach.

Mühlbach is an ideal starting point for your vacation in both summer and winter! In the immediate vicinity you will find opportunities for mountain biking, golfing, glacier skiing, paragliding and horse riding. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the slopes of the Hochkönig ski area, a beautiful and snow-sure ski area.

In summer, the outdoor pool in Mühlbach or the Sommerstein outdoor adventure pool in Maria Alm offer lots of swimming fun!

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town, as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 1.5 hours by car.
