Lovely, 3 bedrm/2 bathrm ground floor apt, next to pool, nr Villamartin Plaza

This is a bright, comfortable, spacious, well equipped apartment, immediately next to the pool area. It is on the ground floor of a two-storey building and it has a terraced garden with sunbeds/table/chairs/bbq. Parking is easily available outside.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 is an ensuite), a lounge-diner and a kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, one is a twin and the 3rd has a single bed plus a pullout. The 3 bedrooms sleep 6 persons. The apartment is fully equipped with sat tv/air con/washing machine/oven/hob/extractor/iron/kettle/microwave. It is just a 7-8 min walk to the ever popular Villamartin Plaza, with many bars and restaurants and a supermarket.

Please note there is a local cleaning charge, payable on arrival, of 55 eu for 4 persons, plus 5e per extra person.

WiFi is optional for 20eu per week.
Aircon is optional for 30 euros per week.
Nursery equipment is available to hire.

A refundable £100/120eu security deposit is also payable on arrival.
Long winter rentals are available with discounts of 50%, elec/water bills are extra. Ask for more details.

Merci à SUE pour ce super appartement propre très fonctionnel bien équipé Une proximité avec la piscine au pied de l appartement ce qui permet de voir les enfants depuis le balcon Un solarium généreux avec tous ce qu il faut bain de soleil table chaise Une salle de douche dans la chambre parentale pour garantir une intimité Un balcon sécurisé pour les enfants en bas âge Un grand centre commercial très réputé à peine à 10min en voiture Équipement cuisine au top linge de lit et de toilettes fournis très propre Un grand merci à Simon qui nous accueillit très chaleureusement On reviendra c est certain Des vacances au top Trop Triste de partir

Very homie
Felt comfortable and homie. Although did have a few maintenance issues like the door handle coming off. Additionally as I walked in the smell of the sewage saturated around the villa. When dealing with this problem I thought that overall the location was good and also a lot of necessities were left for us to use such as the cooler to go to the beach, beach towels and sun scream
