Stayed at a few properties in the area on our visits to Villamartin but would definitely stay here again. Apartment was clean, comfortable and loved that you could step right out to the pool area. Communication was excellent as well.

Another enjoyable stay!

After a two-year absence, it was great to be back staying in John’s apartment in Lomas del Golf. It always acts as a great base for our golfing trip, with multiple courses within a 15-minute drive, and within walking distance of Villamartin Plaza. We will definitely be looking to book again next year!

Property manager was great with communication & gave helpful suggestions on things to do & where places were. Quiet area, easy parking out front. Beautiful pool. Beach & large shopping centre about 15 minutes away. Loved that we were about to hang our clothes outside in the sun to dry. Would definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant, clean apartment, which had everything you needed. Would certainly return

The renting process was seamless. Tina met us at an agreed location as we arrived in the dark and the one way system is helpful with assistance. She told us everything we needed to know about the property which meant we settled immediately. Everything you need is close at hand and we would have no hesitation recommending this property.

The lady in question left two days early after leaving the keys inside the peg baskets and did not let any one now . Once we checked the apartment the lady had smashed the Tv and left empty beer cans all over . Only when I said I would not have this lady in the apartment again did we get a bad review all my other reviews say different . When asked the lady to pay for the damage I was told to get lost In all any one that lets this lady in there apartment beware Regards John

The property was a little difficult to find due to one way systems but got there The 2 outdoor areas front and back really add to the spacious feel of the place and we weren’t on top of each other Plenty of deck chairs to sit and lounge about Great having the tv during festive period as plenty of movies on for kids late in evening Walking distance to Morgan’s bar and Villamartin Plaza Could do with easier access to the detergent section of the washing machine only negative which was min issue Really enjoyed our 10 days there

Lovely place

It's a lovely place, great values for money! Neat and comfortable, plenty of kitchen amenities which I love to have when traveling with family. The pool is great and super clean. The communication with the owner and the key keeper was outstanding! They were very proactive and provided all the necessary info before check in. Lovely people to deal with. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone!

The place is very nice, very nice to be with the family. The owner is very interested at all times in our coming and very attentive to everything to be comfortable in the stay. Our family would repeat without any doubt. The advertisement corresponds to the advertisement in everything. I hope you continue to do so in future occasions since we have enjoyed a lot especially my 3-year-old daughter that the pool was at the door of the house and without any danger. I recommend it.

Perfect, yet again.

Second time staying at the apartment and just as good as last year. Ideal for golf and only a 10 minute walk to the square for restaurants and bars. Also only a 10 minute and less than €10 taxi to La Zenia beach.

Lovely modern apartment

Great location, local amenities and attractions easily accessible. Very modern apartment that's well furnished, clean and well maintained. Excellent local nightlife with great restaurants. Would recommend horse riding and local waterpark. Beach nearby as well. Would recommend for a nice holiday.

There is La Zenia boulevard for great shopping and a great selection of blue flag beaches nearby, The plaza offers about 30 bars and restaurants within a short walk
