This beachfront apartment overlooks the sand and sea with just a row of mimosa trees in between. Enjoy alfresco dining on the rooftop terrace, where you can sit and relax and relish the sound of the waves lapping gently on the shore. The apartment is ideally suited for a couple but there is a two-seater sofa bed in the living room and a second bathroom.

Based in the UK, we invested in the apartment as a buy to let but also very much enjoy staying there in the 'low' season, to enjoy some Calabrian sun and sea air and to recharge our batteries.
Why they chose this property
Calabria is a relatively unknown area for holidaymakers, but has lots to offer, including the beautiful national Aspromonte park, Reggio Calabria and easy access to Sicily.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is located in a relatively new beachfront condominium, and benefits from being in 'pole position, with no buildings to hinder the view of the mimosa trees and beach.
