The house is Placed in a great garden, the lawn area is complemented by a courtyard with barbecue, side porch and an upper terrace. The house has got a common area with kitchen and living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The two sofas in the living room might be used the extra two beds. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a cooker and a microwave. In the courtyard there is a barbecue for great grilling events. There is a table for 6 inside but outside there is Also pleasant places where to have meals: a fixed wooden table in the side porch and other tables That You can use either in the courtyard or around the garden.

Excellent accueil dans cette maison familiale de vacances, à la situation exceptionnelle tout à fait en bord de mer, quartier très tranquille. Equipement intérieur très complet (on sent que la maison est aussi vécue régulièrement par ses propriétaires), espaces extérieurs vastes et variés (très agréable grand jardin herbeux bien protégé, coin grillades, espace à manger couvert, terrasse à couchers de soleil...), un vrai paradis!

An ideal place for relaxing. Very beautiful set-up just 50m away from the beach. A big garden, an idyllic terrace overlooking a gorgeous scenery and a lovely weekend cottage. There is nothing missing. And last but not least very nice hosts.

Prettig huis op unieke plek

Sfeervol eenvoudig houten vakantiehuis met royale groene tuin voor het huis met diverse fijne plekjes op te zitten. Wij zaten het liefst op het dakterras met uitzicht op zee onder een parasol een boek te lezen. Het unieke van dit huis is de ligging, tussen tuin en strand ligt alleen een doodlopend weggetje en een smalle duinrand, over een houten vlonderpad voor het huis ben je in een paar minuten bij de zee, heerlijk! Dicht bij het huis ligt een natuurgebied waar je heerlijk kunt wandelen. Mogelijkheden om te eten zijn er in Quiaios Praia, maar wij hebben regelmatig heel lekker gegeten in Fugueira da Foz. Ontvangst door de eigenaren was aller hartelijkst en via de telefoon kregen we alle informatie die we wilden hebben. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Aan te bevelen! (Vakantie van 19 september tot 12 oktober 2018)

Very nice and calm spot, direct on the beach

It is a nice and cosy family place, the garden is wonderful with a lot space to sit down and plenty of plants. Great ocean-view from the roof-top! The beach is just across the street. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a nice option to barbecue in the garden. Manuel and his family are very friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique. L'endroit est calme et reposant. Les trois terrasses permettent de se détendre à tout moment de la journée. La maison est très bien équipée. Elle est située à 30 secondes à pied d'une très belle plage. Nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires charmants et seront très heureux de revenir un jour là-bas, à plusieurs familles car la maison et le jardin sont spacieux.

Superbe par beau temps

Maison trés bien située face à la plage, parfaite par beau temps avec son jardin et sa terrasse qui surplombe l'océan. Location trés bien équipée, accueil trés chaleureux avec de petits cadeaux de bienvenue toujours appréciables. Malheureusement nous avons eu une semaine de pluie et de vent, temps pour lequel la location est moins adaptée. Encore merci à Manuel et Sara

Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse couverte et abritée du vent pour manger dehors du matin au soir, et le jardin en herbe très beau et spacieux, bref tout ce qu'il faut pour vivre dehors comme nous l'aimons pendant les vacances. Le côté "cabane" de la maison permet également de bien se dépayser. L'endroit est un peu isolé, parfait pour être tranquille.
