Comfortable stay.

An older house but the photos don't do it justice. Quiet area during the week and a good location. The double bed has a new and firm mattress that I found very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.

La maison est agréable, chambres un peu petites ainsi que le jardin mais qui est cependant très agréable. Très propre et fonctionnelle. L’endroit est très calme. Vraiment content de notre séjour.

Petite maison agréable et bien située

Une petite maison de plein pied simple, agréable et bien située avec un jardin et une terrasse où il fait bon se reposer, une très bonne literie, une grande propreté, le couple qui fait le ménage est charmant, quelques soucis avec l'agence au sujet d'une lenteur de leur banque mais tout a été réglé et le problème résolu, nous avons passé quelques jours de repos en toute quiétude car l'endroit est calme et les voisins discrets, quelques travaux dans une maison en fin de séjour mais il est normal que les ouvriers puissent faire leur travail quand ils ont des commandes donc nous avons accepté cela avec le sourire, la plage et le port sont à quelques minutes à pied ainsi que les commerces, le marché le dimanche est intéressant et les habitants de la station vraiment charmants, merci pour tout et peut être à une prochaine fois !

Nach 7 Jahren in 7 verschiedenen Häusern das mit Abstand schlechteste Domizil.

Baumängel wie gerissene und abgesackte Teilterrasse mit scharfkantigem Versatz. Gartenmöbel ohne Sitzauflagen, zum Teil mit defekten Sitzbrettern und herausstehenden Nägeln. Verdreckte Küche mit fettig-verklebtem Backofen.Bad mit Schimmel und dicken Seifenresten in der Dusche und der gesamten Kabine, Mauerwände mit deutlichen Feuchtigkeitsschäden. Beleuchtungseinrichtungen zum Teil defekt. Eine Grundreinigung vor unserem Bezug hate offentsichtlich nicht stattgefunden: Müll in der Küche, Haufenweise Haare im Wohnbereich und dem Sofa. Trotz Bemängelng erfolgte nur eine Staubsaugerreinigung, kein nasses Wichen der Böden und Reinigung des Badezimmers, scheinbar wollte man uns nicht verstehen. Insgesamt Ekelhaft.

Ein krasser Negativpunkt war: Extrakosten für die Klimaanlage. Der Grill war nicht zu benutzen, da kein Grillrost vorhanden war. Satelliten TV wird angeboten musste aber durch einen Mechaniker erst eingestellt werden. Ebenso fehlte der W-Lan Code. Schlechte Kommunikation, da nur spanisch und schlechtes englisch gesprochen wird.

Sur la description il était écrit : climatisation , or en arrivant celle ci existait bien , mais on nous a demandé 50 euros pour avoir les manettes....alors que sur la description à l'origine ce n'était pas une option , de plus cette location était envahie de fourmis dans la cuisine et la salle de bains , des travaux à côté pendant toute la semaine et une voisine au N° 9 Carrer MUGA qui est venue nous agresser verbalement sans raison ..... Etant client depuis 10 ans chez Abritel , je n'approuve plus du tout d'être obligé de passer par un agent immobilier que l'on paye dans la location , aussi je vais certainement aller voir ailleurs .

Da möchten wir noch einmal hin

Eine tolle Veranda zum Draußensitzen bei jedem Wetter. Eine Garage für unsere Rennräder. Eine sehr ruhige Straße mit Blick auf Schirmpinien und Oleander. Fußläufig ins Städtchen und ans Meer. Das einzig wirklich Kritikable ist das Bett. Es ist zu kurz und bei jeder leisen Bewegung wackelt der andere mit und wird so oft in seinem Schlaf gestört. Das wäre schön, wenn sich da was ändern würde.
