Goed gelegen huis (supermarkt met beenhouwerij en bakkerij op 700m) en met een ruime goed onderhouden afgeschermde tuin. Het huis is wel gedateerd. De kussens op de betonnen zitbanken zijn helemaal doorzetten en dringend aan vernieuwing toe. De rechte tafelstoelen met rieten zitting zijn erg onaangenaam in gebruik. De keuken is vrij goed uitgerust. De badkamer is aan vernieuwing toe.En 1 groot probleem: zowel in de keuken als in de badkamer komt een enorm onaangename, muffe geur uit alle afvoeren ondanks herhaaldelijk doorspoelen.Gelukkig was er zon en konden we constant met alle deuren open leven. Afgesloten is het niet te doen. Jammer, zeer jammer!!!!!Het ontbreken van wifi in deze tijd is toch wel een serieus minpunt, zodat je het met enkel Spaanstalige zenders op de TV moet doen.Met echt een minimale inspanning kan dit huis nog veel aangenamer gemaakt worden. Doen!!!!!
